Everyone was awesome and accommodating

Toilet ran all night. I tried to take the lid off and managed to stop it from running. I told front desk and never heard anything nor didn't feel like maintenance came to check as nothing in the bathroom was moved. I was not notified of status. Secondly, the refrigeration made noise all night. Nice hotel not well maintained.

Rooms were clean. Breakfast was okay. Ran out of some food items and the staff was shorthanded in the area.

Dirty rooms, cold showers and might as well me a smoking hotel.

If you are on the 3rd floor let the water run for a long time, it will finally get hot. All in all OK.

Breakfast server was excellent and cheerful

We were put in a handicap room, the nightstands were dirty, the toilet wouldn’t stop running and the air conditioning smelled like dirty feet.

The bed was comfortable. Just wish the blanket was softer. Staff was friendly but didn't offer much help when asking for things near by or problems with the room.

There was no fan in the bathroom. We found d 2 cockroaches. There was no handicap assemble parking in the back. Didn't get new towels always out. No luggage racks. Breakfast was not included

Terrible hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Beds were hard as a rock, food was ehh, maintenance issues with water, AC and lack of management. Move on!

Clean and well kept

Highly recommend staying here. It was a wonderful stay.

Most of the staff was very nice and accommodating. They welcomed us and made our week long stay feel like home!

When I got there, I was checked into a very dirty room once got changed. The whole lounge area when you walk in was trashed. I’ve been to many Hilton properties and never have I experienced this from a Hilton property.

If visiting Colorado Springs, this hotel is a very convenient location. It is close to the main highway so all sightseeing locations were a short drive. The hotel rooms were a very nice size, in great shape, very clean, and a great view of the mountains. We stayed for a week and enjoyed our stay at this location.
