When I got there, I was checked into a very dirty room once got changed. The whole lounge area when you walk in was trashed. I’ve been to many Hilton properties and never have I experienced this from a Hilton property.

Un lugar muy tranquilo y cómodo

If visiting Colorado Springs, this hotel is a very convenient location. It is close to the main highway so all sightseeing locations were a short drive. The hotel rooms were a very nice size, in great shape, very clean, and a great view of the mountains. We stayed for a week and enjoyed our stay at this location.

No breakfast had to pay might as well eat out. Other than that did not have a roll in shower and that’s what was sold to us! Ads people can not roll in to a tub!

Love the staff, property, the area in general. Just wished for free breakfast as most smaller chains provide that for free.

I will be calling to make a formal complaint. I would actually like a refund. I have pictures of the filth of this property. There were dead wasps and flies at every window, the carpet was absolutely filthy and my room had noises that were keeping g me awake all night. The door of my room would not lock and when someone came to fix it after 20 minutes and I finally got it locked and had to leave I simply said that now is not a good time because I have to leave and he said if not now I am not coming g back. Disgusting. After I showed them the filth, it was all still there the next day. Hilton would be ashamed to have that property attached to their name

The room was very clean and nicely set up even for longer stays. There was a Keurig coffee machine, small fridge and microwave. I love the charging ports (USB and C) above the nightstand, as well as a small adjustable reading lamp. The bed was comfortable and the AC works very well. Staff was very friendly. We didn't have time to visit, but there is a restaurant in the lobby for breakfast and dinner. There is also a small area next to the front desk with small items for purchase. Even though our stay was one short night to attend an event at nearby Falcon Stadium, it was very enjoyable.

Did not eat the breakfast Rooms were very clean and amenities were useful. Major distraction was the uncomfortable noise generated by the air conditioning fan and unit. Often sounded like semi-trucks entering the room when it kicked on. Very hard to sleep.

The view is beautiful and right off the highway. Lots of stores and restaurants not far from the location. Upon check in the front desk clerk was very helpful and she was able to accommodate us with an early check in. After driving 8 hours it was such a relief. The halls were very warm but extremely clean. The room was spotless. I paid extra for the breakfast and was informed the extra amount would be for the continental breakfast which I was ok with. The next morning we decided to go off property to eat. When we returned we wanted to take advantage of the fruit that was available (again, included in the amount I paid extra) when I asked the young lady if I could grab a piece of fruit she responded sharply “No! You need to be seated and they will be with you in a minute!” I didn’t need to sit because all I was asking for was fruit. The other young lady that was by the bar and the waitress saw me and heard me asking for the fruit yet she ignore me and my request. Walked off as if she didn’t even see me. I was never asked if I could be helped by anyone. Very disappointing. After a couple of minutes of waiting to be acknowledged I left to my room. I would stay again, but this time won’t pay extra for a service I could not get.

Housekeeping didn't throw away the soap from the last guest which made me wonder how clean other things were in the room. However, the front desk staff were awesome and went out of their way to make sure that was taken care of and had my room cleaned more often than usual. The staff taking care of the food service were fantastic! I had an omelet every day and they were GREAT! Even though they didn't have a cook, they still were able to make a good dinner. So, other than the soap issue, everyone and everything were good. But kudos to the staff for sure.

Incredibly thin walls. You can hear a pin drop in the next room. Bathtub was dirty with soap scum, a few stains, and just clearly not detailed. Bed was clearly old and not comfortable.
