Had Do Not Disturb sign on door when I left. When I got back to the room, someone was in the room and took my phone charger. The bed had been messed up after I had it made

Property is run down and needs updating. All spaces throughout the property are too small. It was okay for a one night stay but I wouldn’t find it acceptable for any longer than that.

Got what was expected for the price Coffee machine did not work. Room coffee maker looked like a science experiment.

There was good things like gas stations and fast food available right next it; and it's very convenient distance to get in Air Force Academy.

This Super 8 is so convenient for me, while appears to be hidden. I Love me visits to Colorado Springs!

Non smoking room. I was extremely disappointed with my two-night stay at this hotel. The overall condition of the property is quite run-down, starting with the carpets, which were very old and visibly dirty. During my entire stay, house-keeping made no effort to service the room. Basic bathroom amenities were never replenished, and they failed to even provide additional toilet paper. The room's AC unit is an old manual model that barely functioned, leaving the room warm and uncomfortable throughout the night. To top it off, the breakfast options were disappointing, lacking any real variety such as protein choices or fresh baked goods. Overall, the property lacks basic maintenance and proper guest service. I would not recommend staying here until management invests in necessary upgrades and proper housekeeping standards.

The staff, for the most part were friendly and helpful. The room was neat and tidy. The AC didn't cool the room enough so we had to buy a fan. The first night was not good because it was too hot in the room then the fire alarm went off around 11:30. We couldn't get ahold of the front desk to find out what was going on.

The location and staff were nice Rooms are unclean, old hotel. The carpets smelled bad. Not well maintained

Nothing Sheets and bathroom were dirty. Sheets didn’t seem to have been changed. There was hair on the pillows and in the bed. Bathroom sink had hair shavings in the sink. Tried a second room and sheets still dirty. Asked for a clean sheet and slept on top to bedspread. Arrived after midnight and couldn’t find another place to move to.
