Very old, but very very affordable
-
Honestly great place wish they would have warned us about the keycards needing to be reprogrammed everyday
-
The pool was closed (did not know at booking due to booking thru third party), there was no bathroom fan, no wifi and the paint was peeling off the walls in the bathroom.

Pain in the ass

They are under construction but everything is going fine

But the bed area so we had to purchase a long power cord for my husband oxygen machine. They said they had coffee machine in the room and they did but NO POT OR COFFEE! You had to go to the lobby for coffee. We came up here for our church conference with very little funds to spare and after buying things needed to be safe in the room we ended up with no food money that totally sucked I was glad they had free. Breakfast for our boys and us or we would have starved. My boys were so sad because they planned on swimming during the times we were not at church and we were all sick in this room! I did tell the staff a couple of times and finally gave up. In general the staff was nice. No help

Don't let the positive reviews fool you, I wish I'd dug deeper. The area the hotel is in is fine, we never had any issues with that during our stay. The condition of the room, however, left so much to be desired. Uneven paint on the walls, chipping paint, the metal circular fixture of the bathtub was not attached, one light above the sink was out... Our bathroom light went out the first day and it took us asking the front desk twice before they came to take a look and fix it. The floor was uneven, shelving was crooked and the wood chipping. There was no small blow dryer, although it appeared that the space for it still existed. No cups provided for the sink. The mattresses (not the bedding) were stained and we were glad to not wake up with bug bites. The light switches were like a puzzle. No closet space. We asked the female receptionist if we could switch rooms and she said (without even checking the system) that there were none available when I knew for a fact that Hotels.com said there were some available. We considered canceling and switching hotels, but after some investigation it seems they're a hit or miss with doing that gracefully, so we stuck it out. Don't bother with this place, they need to lose some business.

This hotel was not in a good neighborhood and was in terrible condition. I ended up not staying.

Booked a 2 night stay months ahead of time for a lacrosse tournament. Arrived at hotel to find our reservation canceled due to a little thing Expedia does called overbooking. Since our stay wasn’t paid in advance and everyone who booked showed up before us there were no rooms. The only notification received was an email 2 hours prior which came through when were still on the plane. Don’t typically check email when landing and navigating luggage and rental cars. So now it’s 9pm and we are left with no hotel room the weekend of a giant tournament. Thankfully some friends came through and we found a place - but otherwise we literally would have had to sleep in the car or find someplace all the way back up in Denver. I cannot tell you what an incredible inconvenience this was. Oh - best part - Expedia and this hotel are still sending me surveys to rate my stay even though they canceled my reservation. Buyer beware with Expedia. If you don’t pay ahead of time - you may not have a guaranteed reservation!

Everything was good with the exception of the fridge didn't cool well .

The AC and refrigerator worked. TV service sucked. Wifi didn't work. Upon arrival, the elevator was broken. The breakfast was only good the first hour or so, refills were few and far between.

This property is disgusting! From the elevator to the hallway to the room, all nasty! It smells. We were not given a key card. Apparently it was lost so we had to wait on them to open our door for us. There was not even a screen in my 3rd floor window, very dangerous! The curtains felt sticky and smelled. The furniture is in terrible condition. Everything was stained. The bathroom had not been fully cleaned as the toilet paper holder was dust and rust covered. The bathroom door was busted. It was a horrible place to stay. The pool had the winter covered caved in on it in June, the hot tub drained and green. It was all around the worst Ive ever stayed in

I paid through Expedia for a two night stay. I arrived at the hotel to check in and was refused by the owner. he said he had told me not to come back the last time I was there. i believe he was confused with who I was but he insisted and wouldn't say anything more accept for me to leave his property or he would call the police. I asked for my money $170 to be refunded and they refused. He (the owner) strait up took that money and kept it. I had stayed many times before it was always one of my top choices. I'm on a fixed income so $170 is a big chunk. plus I had to pay for another motel on quick notice because he denied me. I'm very very disappointed in how this was handled. Straight up thievery is what this was.

Elevator didn't work upon arrival and was given a 3rd floor room. Linens were dirty and stained. Lamp shades had mold on them. Breakfast after the weekend rush was limited to biscuits & gravy. No coffee in the room. Several outlets not functioning. Cable box hanging on wall via the actual cable line. Wifi basically non existent. TV was in/out. Rarely had anyone at the front desk. Asked for clean linens and was told they didn't have access at the front desk. Had to wait until the next morning and ask housekeeping. Overall cleanliness was very poor. Another guest mentioned having bugs and spiders in their room. The only positives were that the AC and refrigerator worked. Due to a family emergency we had to extend our stay, but switched to a different hotel.

Do not stay at this place. We did not even stay and they still kept all of my money. Walked in the front door of our room and saw three bugs scurrying across the floor. We backed out of room and left. Told the front desk clerk that I wanted a full refund that the room had bugs and it dis not even phase him about the bugs!! Did not refund me my money and also charged me for something extra!!! For what I am not sure, maybe a deposit but I am pissed to say the least!!! DO NOT STAY HERE unless you like to share your room with bugs!!!!

I would recomend not promoting this "hotel" on booking.com, especially if its a family. In the 6 nights we stayed there not once did they replace our bed sheets or towels, we had to leave our garbage by the door for someone to pick it up. The toilet was getting clogged constantly. The smell of the room man was that bad. The breakfast wasnt always there. If I could rate this place a negative 10 I would.
-
Just overall a horrible experience for my employee.

So many terrible smells. I walk into my room & turned around. They would not give me a refund. There was no way I could stay in that room.
