Clean room and location.

Very pleasant staff Was all good

The strong smell of disinfect was too much…if that was the smell. The breakfast was disappointing; only served waffles or cold cereal.

Entire property is very tired - everywhere you look, appliances and furniture are stacked up and out of order. The rooms and hallways smell like wet animals and generally look they haven't had a good cleaning in a decade. The fridge in my room was out of order. The TV also did not work (I suspect it was the remote, but didn't try any real troubleshooting). The internet is fine when it connects, but if you get disconnected. There wasn't a smoke detector/fire alarm in our room (there was a mount for one, but it was missing). There was trash in the drawers from prior guests. I did not try the breakfast. This is fine if you just need a cheap place to sleep for a night on a road trip, but I wouldn't recommend it for any other purpose.

Why is there a fence between the far rooms and the parking lot? Our room was at the far end, which was fine, but couldn't access it from the parking lot because of the fence.

Room was clean, had laminate wood floors which is a plus over carpet, and a microwave and fridge in the room which is also a plus for me and friendly staff. The shower stall was a bit small but not a deal breaker, I was able to shower just could have used some amenities to place my shower products, but again, not a deal breaker.

The lobby has a few very worn sofas but the elevator has to be seen. There are patches of masking tape holding the panels together. There are no telephone numbers in the elevator to call for help. I decided to take the stairs. In the morning I discovered a sleeping homeless person at the top of the stairwell. The breakfast was poor quality and water could only be obtained from a water fountain. The bed was not made when we got back in the evening. The whole property has an air of severe neglect. On the plus side, parking was free and the hotel is located very close to the interstate and near shops, cafes, restaurants and gas stations. Staff were helpful. But overall, the designation for this property should be 2 stars or less. I would not stay here again.

Staff very helpful. Place was clean but hallway carpets seemed old. Breakfast was limited to coffee, Juice, cereal , and brownies . One person staying decided to take practically the whole box of brownies . At least the box was replaced . The front desk person was helpful in finding my room and how much the pop machine cost . It was a comfortable stay.

Rooms were clean and quiet. Beds comfortable. Refrigerator in room worked great to refreeze my ice pack. Shower had good water pressure. Plenty of good parking. Location convenient to AFA.

Minimal Breakfast. Basically one box of small Costco mumming, an Orange juice and a coffee machine. They also had a waffle maker.

Great place to stay, simple fast check in, hot showers, easy access to food, shopping and freeway.
