Night girl was very rude

This is the case of you get what you pay for. Everything about the hotel was okay. The room was clean but wasn't cleaned during our stay. The breakfast was okay but you had to pay extra for an omelet. The eggs they had were cooked too hard.

Check in took a while but the place was sold out for a concert. Other than waiting in line for an hour and meeting other excited fans 🙂, the hotel was clean and the staff did an excellent job navigating a sold out hotel

Checking out. Loud obnoxious pavement crew heckling hotel guest entering side doors, and displaying ability to break into vehicles with appropriate tool for doing so…hotel denying access via key card to laundry facilities in building adjacent to assigned room building. Overall interaction with front desk staff upon check in and check out…..young females with entitled attitudes and opposed to processing expressed concerns, the lack of hand cleaning from the one who was picking on her face with blood present on her face and hand. General controlling attitude and just a presence of expectations unspoken…a military sense of unspoken expectation but safe to assume, continued nonsense of social reform and conformity….

Breakfast omelet: sometimes ran out of items. Paid extra 4 an inlet & they ran out of cheese one day. Another day ran out of mushrooms

Housekeeper knock on the door really early. They should wait till 11 am since you said check out at 11. They knocked on the door like at 9 am. Give us break Housekeeper wait till after 11 am!! If you guys want start early then have people check in at 3pm!!! Not four !! Check out at 10 am.

Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly.

Decent hotel. A bit dated but they are working on the maintenance. Pool only. No hot tub. Breakfast was fantastic. Room next to me had people yelling in it, but that’s not the hotels fault. Rooms were spacious but need some updating.

2 people at registration were most unhelpful. The restaurant was unexpectedly closed and guests were not advised of this at check-in. The breakfast area: opened at 6am. Guests advised to come early. When food gone it is not replenished. This area was so poorly lighted that a flashlight on my phone was necessary to see what was being served. OSHA would have a field day checking for ADA compliance in this entire facility. A two-sided 8 ½ x 11 page of mostly "don't do this" commentary provided at check-in. The general impression conveyed by most staff and management is that hotel guests were a problem to be dealt with rather than a welcoming atmosphere.

The Atmosphere, Pool, lounge area. Was very nice. The beds comfortable, and rooms had good character ! Leaving so Soon.

Great place to stay with good people that they have kept thought the ownership change. Good breakfast.

Breakfast was horrible

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was OK, but there were too many people for a small space. They have an omelette station, but it was $ 6.99 per person; I didn't try. Overall, it was OK for the price. The door had a huge gap, and at night we could see the light from the hallway. It is very bright. Some of the staff were in a bad mood. I think they are understaffed.

Tonight stay resulted in several issues, including what appeared to be bedbugs, yet the hotel has still not addressed my issue or confirmed. General manager's phone number does not work and they do not email back. Our vacation was delayed because we had to go to a laundromat and have everything cleaned and high heat. After 24 hours, no one has gotten back to me about this issue. The lack of cleanliness and maintenance.
