The maid never cleaned the bedroom and bathroom for 3 days, and did not change the towels.
-
Friendly staff, although the room wasn't ready until after the check-in time. Hotel needs upgrades, definitely showing it's age.

People were super nice, very clean, and good food. Beds were a little lacking mattress comfort wise but it was only one night so it was ok. Everything else made up for it

Whoever rates this place as a 4 star must be blind. It’s an old hotel that needs to be updated and upgraded. Will not be staying here again.

The hotel was not updated. Bathroom not very clean
-
Absolutely a nightmare. Please do no book this hotel it is dirty and nothing works.

Cons- no elevator to the second (top) floor. No ice machine on the second floor so have fun lugging bags and ice up the stairs. The breakfast was average at best.

The location is great and the front desk staff were really friendly. I was here about 10 years ago and it was really nice. But it’s gone downhill. There was a brown stain on our bed sheets, the bathtub was super slippery and none of the drains drained. They put a $100 hold A NIGHT on my card - even though they said it was $100 total. I was there 3 nights. There are no elevators. The stairs were slippery from people using the pool, not drying off, then running up and down the stairs. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast - waffles, eggs, ham, biscuits & gravy, potatoes, coffee and juice. The lobby was dark. Add was not well lit.

The hotel was good and was able to accommodate us very last minute (less than an hours notice). It’s pretty well maintained but it’s definitely old. A good place for a short stay or with kids (there’s a decent sized pool).

Loved the location to all the places we wanted to visit and also it’s right by a lot of restaurants and fun things to do at night also. Breakfast was really good. Staff was always polite

Hotel is old and in need of repair. Saw bedbugs, took photos, hotel said none were found and response is slow

In the 9 days I was there housekeeping only came in one time. (I requested maid service 2 days in a row and no one came.) I ran out of towels and had to go to the front desk to get one. No one answered the phone when I called the front desk from my room. The shower head was hanging out of the wall. Everything from carpet to paint needs to be replaced in the hotel. The pictures of the hotel lobby deceive you into thinking the whole place is nice. Not true! When I checked out the clerk told me I was never allowed to stay in that hotel again. She said I was a troublemaker. I was never rude to anyone there. I just had to be persistent to even get one towel!

It was super clean and smelled nice.

It was a great place to bring my family too. We celebrated our kids‘s birthday there it was kind of expensive. The pictures made it look immaculate, but it was not up-to-date and we did not like the ceiling the ceiling where those little squares where you could actually access another person‘s room if they wanted to from the ceiling there is some peak that needed to be updated on the doors and some of the door trims seemed like they were really loose like someone may have tried to get in already. We were given the wrong room number at first, so he went to the wrong room and the door was locked, and we could wiggle it. Forward and backwards was not very safe. The food at the restaurant wasn’t terribly expensive the breakfast in the morning you scan your key card and they’ll give you plates for how many people you add to your reservation which I did not add my children so we were only given two plates when I needed four. They also want $100 security deposit which is later returned to 7 to 14 days which kind of put a damper on our spending limit on what we had on the kids because of that. I never seen an elevator. There might have been one, but from building B there was not an elevator only the stairs. I did feel safe to be there. The heater and AC worked great. There was hot water. I don’t think the overhead light in the bathroom for a heat source worked. The light turned on, but it never got warm. The pool was nice. They have a wrap for towels that they want you to use for the

I would stay again if they’d do a major remodel

My Favorite Hotel! Amazing staff!

Overall a good experience. Staff was very friendly. Beds comfortable and nice common areas to hang out in. However, it looks like things could use a renovation/upgrade. There were noticeable stains on carpets and walls. Cracks in drywall, and scratches on furniture.
