Everyone was very friendly and accommodating, I'd definitely stay there again. Great location as well!

The people here were very nice and always helpful. The pool was well maintained and they even had toys for there guests to while they were there. They are pet friendly and the deposit was no were near other hotels deposit to let my fur baby stay with us. My dog goes everywhere with us and sometimes it is difficult to stay somewhere when they want a 200 deposit. It was quiet and peacful there, close to the mountains and Manitou Springs very beiatiful area. The only thing that was difficult was the parking in the back it was a one way and they had the go through blocked off so you had to always maneuver in a kinda small area to get out. Other than that everything was perfect for us!

Check in and out was great. Friendly and clean accommodations.

This property is conveniently located, clean and in good working order. It is a blast from the past motel with vintage furnishings and old school charm. The downsides: A/C was a bit loud, bathroom a bit small, and breakfast sparse. If this is not a problem for you, its a great place to stay! I'd likely return.

Cute place, easy to base camp from, fun staff.

We arrived about 2:30pm. The owner manager greeted us and apologized for taking a minute to greet us. She was making dill pickles. She was so very pleasant. Our room was pleasant, clean, cool, and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would return without hesitation.

Convenient location and safe area

Worked well for the two of us. Price was right. Pool was refreshing — definitely full of kids — who were well mannered. We were close to Amanda’s Restaurant. Enjoyed our meal & margaritas there. We would stay again.

At first we didn't think it was too bad. But then we found the floors had not been cleaned, we had to wipe our feet off before getting in bed. The bedspread was the worst, so much dust in it that when it got stirred up a little we couldn't breathe. If the room had been cleaned better, it might not have been too bad. There was only regular coffee in the room, so we went to try and find decaf, and realized this part of town was full of drug addicts asking for money. Just made us very uncomfortable and feel unsafe. I'm sorry but I would not recommend this property.

This is a great place to stay! Super friendly and helpful staff. Pool was amazing. The room was adorable and had everything we needed for two night. Older property but so much charm. Will ABSOLUTELY be staying here again!!!

The manager was very helpful. The location was excellent. It was too old and in need of serious repair.

Location is perfect, everything was clean and comfortable. There are so many different kinds of rooms available and the staff are all very welcoming. Having to leave, the Rainbow Lodge is a happy place.
-
Room was clean and spacious with a king bed and queen bed, 2 chairs, a couple small tables. The shower knobs were wonky but worked. The outside looks austere but the rooms were contrastingly great. The location is convenient and very close to garden of the gods and manitou springs. Coffee and some snacks were provided in the morning, nothing great, but can't complain.

Booked last minute and out of all the older motel options, this one seemed the best value. Though dated and bare bones, the 2 bedroom cottage with a back porch that opened on to the pool was adequate for our impulsive Incline overnight. We arrived several hours before check-in to do the Incline with the hopes of parking, they kindly gave us an early check-in. Family run and clean. I will preface by saying we have come to a point in life where the Marriott is roughing it, but we knew what we were getting in to and lowered our expectations. Cheap soap, watered down coffee (and that was an upgrade from the “cappuccino” machine) and facilities were falling apart (shower handle fell off). Towels for curtains in the bathroom, lol.
