Two night stay. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was average. Hotel was convenient to the local free bus service to take you around town. Would definitely stay here again.
-
The room was really large, and i liked the breakfast very much. The front desk staff differed in how helpful they were.
-
The building is quite old. The HVAC is old and noisy. Other than that the place is good for its price.
-
Mo more to say. Would stay here again!
-
Older hotel but location and staff and cleanliness were all very good.

We stayed 3 nights and would stay again!

We were able to check in an hour early, which was a nice surprise. The room was very clean and spacious for our family of 4, which included 2 kids ages 7 and 9. The breakfast options were excellent compared to the usual fare. The indoor pool was very nice and refreshing after a long day of hiking. I’m very picky when it comes to travel lodging and cleanliness, and overall I was very happy with this hotel and would stay again!

We were welcomed with unlimited self served cold cucumber water in the lobby. On a long hot drive to get there it was a very nice treat for us. The hotel was clean, breakfast was enough to get you to lunch. The room was quiet. It was close to everything.

Wasn’t in the room much, but the staff was helpful and the room was very clean, roomy and the bed was comfortable. The only downside is their parking lot is not very big. By the time we got back from the concert, there was only one parking spot left. Other than that, I would definitely go back.

Extremely happy with our 5 nights stay with your hotel. Your break fasts gave us many choices and it was very good. Only the chairs need changed out to smaller chairs that fit the table better and give little more walk room between tables. Very clean rooms and services to our rooms each day. We were very pleased and will be staying there again . thank you so much.

The room had a slight wet carpet odor, but was not horrible. The room was clean and in a great location.
-
We were especially happy with the service. They were very understanding when our flight got canceled and we had to change our reservation reservations.
-
No concerns or issues. Would recommend staying here. Note it is a little way from the main historic part of Manitou Springs where parking bus and issue.

It was clean, the beds and pillows were very comfortable . The breakfast had a nice spread. The pool and hot tub being indoor was very nice. My only complaint was the shower curtain could use a wash. It smelled very mildewy and smelled up the whole room. I wound up spraying it with perfume multiple times because it stank. Otherwise everything was great and Id stay there again.

Staff was friendly and room was clean but the shower dripped and the bathroom sink was a very slow drain. The beds were clean and comfortable with good pillows. Breakfast was just continental but fine.
-
Very clean!

Friendly staff all around. The hotel was above my expectations in all aspects. Clean, well maintained, QUIET. Everything worked, parking was plentiful and the breakfast was quite a surprise. They have a dedicated attendant on hand at breakfast. She kept it neat, clean, and well stocked throughout the alloted time for breakfast. You won't find a better option in the area, and I'm not an easy person to accommodate.

Room and facilities were clean.

We liked the hot tub and breakfast. There was nothing we didn't like
