My room stunk of mildew. It was horrible. My friends room stunk also, and their carpet was soaked. The management even knew about their problem and booked it out anyway. The hotel was full, so my friends left for another hotel. My room was dated, the shower rod was falling apart, the curtain on the expandable rod from walmart wasn't even big enough to cover the window. The black out curtain was stuck partially open. Just a terrible experience. I would never book that hotel again.

Let me start by saying the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and top notch. The breakfast was excellent and the cook kept it well stocked. The location of the hotel is also nice and safe. For the most part everything was clean and well maintained that I could tell, but they definitely need to start addressing problems with at least some of their rooms. The first room we were given on the third floor hit us with a strong mold smell as soon as we entered. Upon inspecting the bathroom it was overwhelmingly evident that's where the smell was coming from. The wallpaper was peeling from the wall and beind it was nothing but mold. I took pictures of it all and informed the front desk. They were very kind and immediately put us into another room on the same floor. The vent in the bathroom of the new room was non-functional which likely contributed to the wallpaper peeling away in there as well, but at least there was no visible mold that I could find though it did have a slight mildew odor, but it was tolerable. Anyone considering staying here should probably check their bathroom right away for these problems. The rooms were clean, so I'm not sure why these problems have thus far went unaddressed as there's no way you couldn't notice them. Other than that everything else was great.

Since being home, my phone was missing. I called the front desk, who got housecleaning to check my room. They both responded so quickly and kindly. Phone has been found.

Rooms were clean and beds were very comfy. Check in was quick and painless. I would stay here again.

COTTON SHEETS!! Thank you. You are one of the only hotels who still have cotton sheets. YEAH!! My husband reserved this hotel through Bookings.com and reserved a king bed. However, when we got to the hotel, we had two queen beds. Evidently, someone was booking at the same time and reserved it seconds before we did and my husband didn't notice. We would have stayed somewhere else for a king bed. Also, while I was using the restroom, a spider came out of the drain. You should spray for bugs.

The staff was all friendly & very helpful. The room was very comfortable & clean. Breakfast had many choices & was delicious!!! Definitely staying here on all our trips in this area.
