System "glitch" did not register reservation booked through 3rd party. Although there was an itineray confirmation number and receipt showing proof of payment for correct location and date, hotel refused accomodations.

Clean, friendly staff Nothing

Good location. The room was very nice and clean, but the hallway smelled like dog urine. The room itself was wonderful and did not smell, very clean, overall highly recommend.

The room was spacious and the staff were friendly. The hall way had a very strange unpleasant smell but not sure if it is a short term issue. The furniture in the room looked a little worse for wear but was functional.

We noticed as soon as we stepped off the elevator on the third floor, an ever present, foul, pet smell. The odor lingered in the entirety of the floor, luckily our room smelled fine. The man that checked us in was professional.

The bathroom, the shower made a weird noise when using it the toilet made a weird noise when nobody was in there the kitchen was stocked with pots and pans, silverware, and dishes

No pool or free breakfast but kitchen had what you need to cook and room was clean

Well kept, clean, comfortable beds and room.

Everything as advertised, clean and close to everything.

Aware that this is a pet friendly hotel, which is fine but they really need to get rid of the carpet. The overwhelming smell on the floors and in the rooms of animal urine is disgusting. We had to go out and buy room spray just to be able to handle it.

Lighting could be better throughout your rooms and more mirrors.

If there was breakfast I didn't know about it. Due to physical issues I can't sleep in a bed. So I stay there so that I can sleep in a recliner.
