Candlewood Suites Columbia East by IHG

Exceptional

Nice place and clean

Exceptional

Staff very helpful! Rooms were the perfect setup with anything you need and clean. The pet fee of $75 is too much. Perhaps consider a large amount of half or a portion is refunded upon your room being cleaned. Pets (for the most part) are cleaner than small children.

We were traveling thru and it was very late. The front desk person was very friendly, even at 1AM. Hotel room was very clean and spacious. No real complaints

No Complaints. No complaints.

Smelled awful, not clean

Poor

System "glitch" did not register reservation booked through 3rd party. Although there was an itineray confirmation number and receipt showing proof of payment for correct location and date, hotel refused accomodations.

Clean, friendly staff Nothing

Good location. The room was very nice and clean, but the hallway smelled like dog urine. The room itself was wonderful and did not smell, very clean, overall highly recommend.

Great location! Comfortable room with kitchenette for longer stay Nothing

Superb

The room was spacious and the staff were friendly. The hall way had a very strange unpleasant smell but not sure if it is a short term issue. The furniture in the room looked a little worse for wear but was functional.

Everything nice big room, easy access. Nothing

Very good

Clean room. Great staff.

We noticed as soon as we stepped off the elevator on the third floor, an ever present, foul, pet smell. The odor lingered in the entirety of the floor, luckily our room smelled fine. The man that checked us in was professional.
