Stoney Creek Hotel Columbia

First room had issues but the front desk assistant helped us change rooms and also remade our beds and went above and beyond to make up for the mistakes that were made!! Staff was also very nice and welcoming!!!

This is a unique style place with solid service.

First and foremost, the staff is absolutely incredible! I love staying here. The rooms are great. The staff is fantastic. It's just very comfortable. There's not anything that I didn't like other than I wish I could have stayed longer.

Location and place were both great

This was a nice quiet place. Rooms are a little run down from others I have stayed it. It was clean and quiet though.

Bad

Decore was nice. I wish I had time to explore. The floor around the toilet was soft. I was afraid we'd fall through. The sheets did not fit the bed and kept coming off. The bed was very uncomfortable. The wallpaper was peeling.

Quiet and peaceful. We loved it In our suite the hot tub and sinks and toilet were dirty. I had to wipe them down before using

Room especially the bathroom was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in and out was efficient.

We loved the pool! The rooms were clean!

Disappointing

Very tired. Needs a major update.

Bar was poor, non working doors to outside. Was not impressed.

Location was good Just wasn’t clean and fresh as I would have liked. Bathroom was kinda grungy room smelled musty but for the price I guess it was ok at best

Older hotel that is showing it's age. Rooms are good sized but in need of refurbishment. The location is great though for proximity to the university and football stadium. Great staff and decent complimentary breakfast.

Very good

The staff is exceptional. Willing to help with anything. Very friendly

Kids loved it and was very clean and very helpful staff.

The toilet had to be flushed by fling the ice bucket and pouring it in. Tge lighting is pretty bad, and the hotel overall is just getting old. You have to time your showers to have hot water on a busy weekend. We have stayed here many times and the location is perfect. I really wish they would put some money into upgrades. It is far from the cheapest hotel you can stay at in Columbia.

always a nice place to stay
