it's a really great place to stay rooms were nice and clean the building itself is very modern looking their outdoor theme gives the hotel a very relaxing and calming feeling you'll love the decor staff was very friendly and helpful out of 10 stars i would give it a 9 the reason why their tv was not working right you couldn't turn it off had to unplug it from the wall and the volume was low you couldn't hear it when the air conditioning was running and the volume button for turning it up or down didn't work the tv was a newly up to date one it just didn't work right we did report as we were leaving and someone came and checked it out but what counted was it had a comfortable bed nice size rooms and a very good price breakfast was served as one of the amenities it had a bar nice dining area nice place to sit in an area that had a tv and a fire place for winter.

breakfast was good. Nothing stood out. Hotel itself is beautiful. Very cool in a college town. They were pet friendly too. That was a big plus.

We enjoyed the cottage that we stayed in, it gave us a little bit more feel of being in a log cabin. However, the property is run down and I'm hoping that they're just not putting any more money into it because they see a renovation coming. Our room and the lobby were the only places that were an appropriate temperature, but the elevators, hallways and breakfast area were very warm each day. Breakfast was good enough, the pool was a hit with the kids and the location was just right. I called the property 10 or so times over a couple of hours when we were headed in and no one picked up, not once. A few improvements would go a long way, such as having the front desk number on the room phone (wasn't zero), some deep cleaning in the hallways and breakfast area and making sure the external doors don't get stuck open for security. Wouldnt stay here again unless they get a renovation.

Breakfast was overall ok, the room was very comfortable and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was busy. Could use some more seating to accommodate all the folks that came to breakfast.

I took an offer to upgrade my room for an extra $15. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The lodge theme and decor is nice. Great location! Facilities are a little run down. Seems like it used to be a really nice place. I had high expectations based on the reviews I read and was a little disappointed with the overall condition.

Cabin (room) size was nice. Kitchenette area was adequate for our needs. The complementary breakfast was good - there were several options including hot food. The pool area was very cool with it's indoor/outdoor design and other features. One of the outer doors in and out of the building near our room did not always close on its own. We found that if other visitors were not intentionally pulling it closed, it was not always locked at night. One of the faucets in our bathroom would not completely turn off. We did report this to the front desk, and they were going to have a plumber look at it the next day.

We been staying stony creek and it's a awesome hotel to stay all stuff so helpful

Room was clean and spacious. Free breakfast was great. Very nice place.

Only issue was our room had odd instructions for working the tv which required 2 remotes, I couldn't find the 2nd remote to work the tv,

The staff was wonderful!

Location. Staff was very pleasant. Could have been a bit cleaner. The first room smelled like mold/mildew. Staff changed our room and the second room was fine.

We came across Stoney Creek Hotel after having to leave another hotel at midnight due to maintenance issues in our room and no other rooms available. We were in town for some college-related activities for my daughter. The price was very reasonable so we grabbed it. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! The room was quite large for a hotel room. The whole hotel has a wilderness lodge decor and vibe. It was very cute! There is a very large parking lot so parking is not an issue at all! They provide hot breakfast each morning for guests, no additional charge. It’s not huge but it’s definitely enough with several options to start your day off right! We didn’t utilize the pool this trip but it looked very nice and clean. The hotel bar is small, cozy, and clean, and the bartender was very nice and made wonderful drinks. It also has a lovely outdoor seating area. I highly recommend this hotel!! I was so delighted with our unexpected find and we’ve already booked our next stay!

We love the hotel but we never see any staff during our stay. Breakfast is nice. The pool is wonderful.

The only downfall was when we arrived the bathtub was full of water which we found odd, and when showering we could not get the shower to turn off. Something was wrong with the knob. But all around a good stay
