It was an older hotel but clean.

Pleasant stay, clean rooms. Location was perfect

I have stayed here several times now, and every time has been perfect. My grandbabies kive it as well and staff were very nice to them as well.

Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was very basic.

When I checked in my room it was a room that hadn't been cleaned had to go ask for another room. Left for the day no one came and cleaned or put clean towels nor made the bed up. Then the tub wouldn't drain when showers were taking.

Our room smelled like mold and chlorine. The facility was dirty in all areas. We checked out same night and left.

Loved pool and breakfast! Room was nice and had everything. Hotel is nice and has unique features. Pool is great with indoor and outdoor areas. But hot tub is broken. Breakfast was hot and good with many choices. Thank you! Hotel showing age and needs work. Stairs and elevators and meeting room carpets need replacement. Elevators need cleaned and painted. Hopefully they fix hot tub. Pool divider between indoor and outdoor needs replacement. Meeting rooms upstairs need carpet replacement. Floors leading to pool need carpet replacement. Nice lobby! Nice breakfast area!

Best of the best of the best and nicely tucked away in a quieter corner of the city.

The only decent thing was the breakfast.

I was very disappointed in the hotel and how it has gone down hill since last time I stayed there. Stains all over the carpets from stairs to hallways. Hot tub wasnt working at all. Bath ice machines broke. Room smelled bad had to get soemthing from my car. Unfortunately other than location wasnt a very good time

Hot tub in the room, small kitchenette, comfy beds and a nice view. Pool downstairs was fun!

The photos online are misleading. It’s old, looks and smells old. Way overrated. Lots of noise from the rooms overhead, in the lobby, etc.

Smelt like weed but hey it’s Missouri so what’s a guy to expect! Great clean place to stay!

I think they were doing some remodeling on the roof while I was there

The cable was out , I called desk ,no one answered , No bottled water in the room , a coffee maker ,but I had to go downstairs to find water for the coffee maker , whats the point ,there is a coffee maker down stairs

It is a decent hotel with a clean room and great breakfast. Not beautiful, but clean and rustic.

Staff was very good

I knew walking in it was not going to be great but we'd been on the road like 30 hours and needed to stop for the night and rest outside of the truck so just needed a clean shower and place to sleep so was trying to be optimistic. Staff wasn't very nice or engaging but that was whatever. Lots of kids running around like heathens and loud but not the hotels problem I guess. So we get to the room, its decorated nicely looks alright at first. I go directly to the shower. Shower head needed a refresh but otherwise fairly clean. Couple hairs on the walls I don't think came from me when I turned and looked and the drain did not drain well. Had to shower in a couple inches of water. So not a fantastic shower but I needed one so bad it was still better than no shower. I get out and have to use the toilet. Notice it looked like pee in it but figured my kids had used and not flushed. I finish and the toilet would not flush..... I gave some time and tried again. Still no. Asked my husband if one of them had used and they hadnt but finally got it to go down. Things were not dusted/cleaned appropriately. Got in bed and my foot felt something hard.. it was a toenail! There were stains or dirty stuff on a couple pillows. Freezer of mini fridge needed defrosted full of dirty looking ice. Pool/hot tub had way too much chlorine and you could see the oils and nasty floating in the water. Ice machines did not work. Pool area needed repainted and fake rocks were broke. Could not get help at desk.
