Great stay great staff great location
-
We were there from Sunday to Wednesday and they didn’t clean our room once. If you need clean towels or want the garbage taken out, make sure you ask.
-
Nice room and location, we would stay again!
-
We had two booking that were not linked together correctly so we got kicked out of our room. The room was never cleaned. Not once. Super frustrating trying to sleep through the night.
-
Fantastic breakfast. Hot tub is broken down. The hallway carpets were wavy , which was strange.

We don’t think we’ve ever had a worse view from a hotel room. We were in room 331 overlooking the Hvac system. Overall we would not stay here again such a joke that the going rate was $155 a night.

Perfect location for Summer welcome at Mizzou

The beds are lumpy and uncomfortable. The furniture is chipped and have holes in them. The bathroom door was crumbling, the wall paper in the bathroom was peeling. The wall controls for the air conditioner didn’t work, and the unit was very loud, and had a hard time keeping up with the heat. The curtains didn’t close all the way. I had to use a hair clip to keep them shut. There was a night light plugged into the bathroom, it was non functional. We will not be staying there unless there is a major update.

The bathroom was in great need of repair. It looked like the last time the shower was truly cleaned and repaired was years ago. For the price we paid, it just wasn't worth it.

I asked another younger gal if there was any fast food around. She said to turn right at the stop sign, then turn right again. I went through a winding road that was kind of scary since I was all alone. I did finally find some restaurants, but a little better direction would've been helpful.

My husband and I were visiting for Mizzou’s Summer Welcome with our daughter. We have stayed at this property several times in the past and felt like it was always a great value. This time it was cheap (what we needed) but the property is in really bad shape. If you get room 235, ask for another. Carpet felt moist and the bathroom was old/mildewed/moldy, room’s windows looked directly into the back of the huge air conditioning units, so no view whatsoever. The wallpaper was literally coming off the walls and parts to something had just been kinda shoved up under the wall AC unit. There was no ice maker on our floor either. Property is in dire need of renovation and there isn’t anything convenient other than its proximity to campus (restaurant now closed, gas station under remodel and nothing else walkable). Front desk staff wasn’t very nice or helpful this time either. The only good things I can say is that the breakfast was good, one of the attendants was nice, I love that it’s pet friendly for our dog and it’s close to Mizzou and our son. We won’t be staying here again until there’s a reno. Sad to see a good place go downhill.

I was in a single room. The bed faced the window. The window didnt have dark curtains, so at 6am I got the sun! Worse in the evening when it was setting! The floor in the hall was uneven, like you could feel the 2x4's under the rug.
-
This place was "fine". Double queen room did have a refridgerator and microwave which I don't believe that was on the website. The bathroom was old and needs a renovation.
-
The staff was very nice, the breakfast was great and the staff at breakfast kept everything clean. It is an amazing location if your child attends Mizzou.
-
The hotel was very nice, and room was very comfortable. The breakfast, was not that great… food was not very warm, and not much taste to anything we ate. But still a great choice, if food is not high on your priorities
-
The breakfast wasn’t great but everything else was, if you plan to go to a mizzou softball game this is perfect walking distance.
-
Fresh breakfast starting early good
-
Clean & quiet room… comfortable beds and located well.
-
