Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Columbia Univ Area-Hwy 63 by IHG

Hotel is nice. Rooms are fairly clean. Bathroom was outdated and had limited space to place toiletries. But close to campus !

We always stay here when in Columbia. Location is close to campus, property is clean, rooms are nice and spacious and stuff is efficient and friendly.

Great breakfast!

A/C did not cool past 74 degrees and the breakfast was ok.. but your not eating at a Cracker Barrel ?

Comfortable clean rooms and guest areas. Very helpful, nice and courteous employees.

Breakfast is alright; the best part of breakfast is the staff. They are terrific! Coffee is really good; food is ok - the pancake maker was very popular among diners. The eggs and sausage could have been better. The parking lot is well lit and has plenty of space. Overall, a nice hotel for an overnight stay on gameday in CoMo.

Clean room. Easy check in. Nice breakfast options.

Room was clean, staff was nice and breakfast was good. Nothing

Friendly guy at front desk. Breakfast was great. Looooove the big bedwithsupercloud like mattress.

I had booked this for my daughter who was taking an exam close by the following morning. She appreciated the proximity and convenience to the testing site. Check in was very simple and she reported that accommodations were fantastic. The room was clean and she had everything she needed in it. She went to the pool and hot tub area and it appeared well maintained. Thank you for giving her a very pleasant and trouble-free stay.

What a wonderful stay at a great location to meet our plans. The staff seemed to go above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. I would stay here again without hesitation.

We had a handicap accessible room (not requested). Cons - The room had a very strong stench of mildew. I Woke up with a headache after the first night. The first day we didn't request room cleaning but we did the next two days. My husband spoke directly with the cleaning staff and they assured him our room would be cleaned. The room was never cleaned. They gave us an extra couple of towels but that's it. My husband found black mold on the bottom of the shower underneath the shower seat. The front desk staff wouldn't answer my call from the room and they were not seen or available upon entering or leaving the building on most of our encounters. We ate the breakfast once and opted to eat out the rest of our stay.

The staff was outstanding.

Great location very close to the Mizzou campus. Several food options nearby for lunch & dinner! Staff was very friendly & professional. Will be staying here again in the future!

Exceptional

Clean, respectful staff. The ladies in the breakfast room are the best! So sweet, attentive and friendly. The only thing that I didn’t like, is that when we entered our room, the sink in the bathroom had toothpaste in it and beard shavings. Other than that, no complaints

Clean rooms & friendly breakfast staff

Is really good

4 out of 5.

You can always count on holiday inn for a nice clean room
