We had a great room! The hair dryer was missing initially, but the manager made sure that we received one very quickly.

Location and staff. Beds are extremely high and difficult to get into. Only a really tall or young person could get in easily. Blankets would not pull up.

The only gluten-free options at breakfast were apples and Greek yogurt.

Room was great. No complaints with that. The elevator was shaking really hard. Made me think something was wrong with it. We planned on eating at the restaurant, but it was closed when we got back. Otherwise, everything was great.

In the evening, we were greeted by a wonderful man at the front desk; the rooms are clean. In the dining hall at breakfast, the women were—well, just incredibly kind! They welcomed the hungry guests with a smile. There is an unpleasant smell in the room. Furthermore, the feather pillows could be replaced with fresher ones.
