The big ass garbage can looked better than this, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING The whole property was dirty, smelled horrible, there was so many people fighting in the rooms, and left over drug rezado on the bathroom sink. The whole bathroom was hella dirty, they didn’t have their tvs hung up! The kitchen was falling apart and there was a bunch of nasty shit on the walls. All the room doors were falling apart.

The only good thing was the woman, Andrea, working the front desk. The hotel was disgusting & sooooo beat up. And it seemed like it was full of drug dealers. The room was awful! It was all beat up & missing drawers & outlet covers & there was no garbage can. The pillows were one piece of cotton shoved in a pillowcase. It truly was awful! We felt so unsafe that we barricaded the door with a table & some chairs!

I never stayed, the gentleman that ran the front desk was very good at his job. Some of the guests were horrible! They were cussing, rude, arguing with each other, etc..... we didn't feel safe so we left for a different hotel. Never stayed the night there.

I didn’t get to stay after booking the room through Expedia, I get to the hotel and there were no rooms. Brent tried to put me in a room that the people did not stay. They had used a bed and used the shower. He asked when I pointed that out if I wanted him to clean it. His boss called and said try another room, 107, and there was someone in that room. I basically paid to sleep in my car! Sad part is, I thought about trying somewhere else and there was still a room listed on Expedia. I think there needs to be better communication between the hotel and Expedia.

People do live in the building full time, the staff were very kind and friendly. The roaches were a bad surprise.

The rooms looked fairly clean so when I did my walk through before check in I didn’t notice anything. But once we got into the room and opened several drawers and they were all full of roaches. We moved some sheets and saw some other bugs that I cannot confirm or deny that they were bed bugs but they sure looked like it. Andrea (lady at the front desk) was absolutely fantastic. Super nice at check in and then very helpful when we decided not to stay the night at the hotel. We decided to Leave because we did not want to take anything crawling home with us. Andrea was able to secure a refund for us even though the hotel doesn’t typically do that. Again; she was amazing. Our rooms were full of bugs and we decided to leave and not stay. I wish I could upload the video that I took of the roaches scattering out of the drawer.
