Horrific experience.

Acceptable stay

Needs to be renovated because the rooms were very dingy and stains everywhere and carpet was very dirty. Pro would be location was good and felt safe.

The room was fun for a place to sleep for 1 night. It appeared to be under some renovation, maybe. Upon entering the hotel it appeared clean and pretty basic. When walking to our room on the 1st floor a very strong cat urine smell was detected. It was awful! It gave me a horrible headache and almost made me nauseous. The smell never went away.

The tub would fill up past your ankles before you could finish. I told the manager about it, he said they would take care of it. Never did fix it, the counter the TV was on had came apart at one time so the turned around and screwed it down the screws heads where sticking up passed the surface. Breakfast at best was the worst I have ever seen of any place I have stayed. The two days we were there no one ever touched our room. It showed to be a three star hotel but I think it would have trouble as a two star.

They double-booked our room, the TV didn't work, the sheets on one bed were stained, the other had a torn comforter. Tha lobby smelled awful. Breakfast was cereal, 6 apples, and a waffle maker.

Hotel needs updated. Okay for one night. No very social staff. Morning worker at check out was asleep at the counter. The whole hotel smelled like cat pee. Bathtub was dirty so we didn't use it. Did not check out breakfast as we left early. Pool was closed.

Hallways and room we stayed in on the first floor smelled like cat urine which is an unmistakable odor. And then we heard a cats meows through out the night, so that confirmed the smell.Then around 9:30 in the morning housekeeping was banging on the door nonstop when checkout time was not until 11 but we had also asked for a later check out at 11:30, which they had agreed upon when we checked in. So I’m not sure why they were banging on the door at that time in the morning. We did not even check in until 11o’clock that night. The room itself had a good bed and was very roomy and clean for the most part.

I was on the 1st floor and right at everything

Everything was top notch, with the exception of having a slight issue with the shower faucet. Was a challenge to get it to turn on and then couldn't get it off due to not wanting to apply too much pressure. The front desk came and muscled it off. I just hadn't ever run into that before and didn't want to potentially make the situation worse.

There were 3 lamps in the room with electrical plugs; only one worked; could not use computer and charge phone at same time.

The location was decent We had a pet with us and the room smelt like urine and the hallway was muggy and smell horrible.

Our room was on a ground level floor making it easy to unload our luggage. It's location. It was very difficult to get off the interstate and negotiate through the streets and parking lots of other businesses.

This hotel is OK. Hotel staff were very, very nice and accommodating. The hotel is not very well-maintained. It’s older you get what you pay for with this one. The rooms are very large.

Nothing to be honest. The fact that they are clearly racist toward black men or something. I had to pay a deposit a the other day my girl friend went a checked in without having to out one down. She has an out of town drivers license to. So what’s the difference a deal? I asked them this and they told me to find another place to stay or deal with. I had to I already paid so I didn’t have a choice.

Nothing. When I arrived at the facility they did not have my reservation in their system. I made the reservation thru booking.com. When I arrived they asked me to call customer service. I was on the phone with customer service for 45 minutes. Once I found out that they would not honor my reservation they were not helpful with finding alternatives in the area.

The room was clean but I did noticed that tub seem stained but not with dirt but maybe some kind hair coloring or bath salts which stained it making it seem old, dull & dirty.
