Not a good place, the carpet smells bad the tub had black rings in it, not cleaning the tubs correctly, also the beds need updated and the breakfast they serve was only waffles, not good, ants on the counter where the food is sitting, not a good place, we WILL NOT BE BACK !!!!!!!!!!!!

What can I say. The smell of Urine. The roaches in the room. (That we saw) We didn't expect much but maybe some febreeze. The room itself didn't stink too bad, but it wasn't super clean. There were no extra pillows for the sofa sleeper or blankets. No ice bucket, we used a sack from the front desk. I chose this hotel because it was on the route of our road trip and had good reviews. I had 2 small children, wife, elderly mother in law and 2 small dogs. we arrived late and had to try to sleep. My daughter went into coaghing fits due to whatever was in the air, we had to give her medication just to calm her down. As a father I was going to move us, but it was 11pm at night and we were not familiar with the area. At 1am I almost said screw it and hit the road again since we had to be up by 6. I very rarely leave bad reviews, but I don't want another family to be tricked. It was outright terrible. I've been to some shady hotels in my day. I'd rather deal with street people than the filth that was at this hotel. I am sorry to my family and made it up to them by booking 4 star or higher the rest of the trip. So it cost me an extra $1000 just to redeem my self.

The keys for the door only worked about half the time and the light in the front entryway and bathroom would go on and off randomly they did not stay on for more than 3 minutes at a time which is super inconvenient and unsafe when trying to take a shower. I informed the front desk employee and the breakfast bar had no non dairy source of protein and the cream cheese tasted like it was expired

The room was cleaned but everything is very old. The furniture is beat up. The linens are stained. The grout is missing or mildewed. I think they cut standard pillows in half to make one bed pillow so I suggest you bring pillows from home. It was doable for a night but I would not want to spend any time here.

We stayed in the 2br suite which was larger than expected. Downside was proximity to pool, elevator, and gym but it was fairly quiet in the room and slept well. Sofa bed was thin but other beds were comfortable. A little outdated but clean and good value for the price.

Everything was clean. The only improvements were the hall ways were d a rk.

Room was ok. Definitely well used. Bed was ok but really firm. Killed multiple spiders in our room first night. Poor lighting not like the pictures. Also parking is hard to come by at night.

The elevator doors didn't stay open long enough for even two people to get through let alone the 5 in my group.

The room was NOT clean, it was one of the dirtiest rooms we've stayed in. There was mold in the bathtub someone else's toothpaste spit in the sink, pubic hair around the toilet, sheets were clearly not cleaned/changed, spit on the bed skirt, the bathroom door lock was broken, there was someone elses trash under the bed, someone's earring back on the bed, the floor was stained really bad, 2 outlets were broken and the cover was missing, noticeable repaire from a hole in the wall.

Everything was great. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff was very polite and helpful. Over all we had a good night, will stay there again if we come here again.

Look, it needs updated. With that being said, it was perfectly fine for the price I paid. Front desk staff were great. Room clean and comfortable. I didn’t eat breakfast. Would stay again.

Needs a lot of help. It’s cheap on many levels.

A little shabby, but nice to have a two bedroom space for us and the kids.
