Clean and great service

I rented a suite for two nights recently and it was absolutely perfect. It had everything I needed and was super clean and very comfortable. The staff were great as well especially the overnight lady Susan. She helped me out so much and did it with a smile on her face. It was a great stay for sure and I was allowed to have my dog along as well which was great. Stay at Stonebridge you won’t regret it.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay! From the phone calls prior to booking then check-in to check-out we were greeted warmly and had all our questions answered and needs met. They even had cribs made up for our babies ready when we arrived which was the biggest blessing to us after a long day of driving. The manager hosts a "social" night during some days of the week and it was so lovely to be invited and have handmade pizzas and drinks with the other guests. We will be bookmarking this stop for our family road trip every year and would highly recommend it to others!

So nice to have a full working kitchen area and full size fridge. Great place to stay for families. Good variety of hot breakfast as well. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back again!

The outdoor seating area (where the grills are) could use a little refresher but we have no problem recommending this hotel (and my wife is picky).

Location, overall stay was great. Alarms went off in the middle of the night. Kids were screaming and no one came to let us know what was going on. Hubby went downstairs and they said not to worry because someone decided to smoke in the bathroom which triggered the alarms. We understand that wasn’t their doing, but I would have wished for them to keep us informed somehow.

Overall stay was great.

Loved how clean everything was. The breakfast was actually the best I have had at a hotel chain before. The yogurt bar and real sausage patties made it great. I love the fresh fruit! The pet fee was high for my sister in law’s dog. That was a surprise. I realize there will be a fee but this one was high.

There were a lot of really positive things. The staff was great. They had a good breakfast. The rooms were really nice and spacious. They had a happy hour that even had food. Really great!

Our AC unit did not work in our room. My boyfriend tried to look at it and it had all exposed wiring around it. Definitely a fire hazard. The room also had a strong fish smell.

I can't express enough how wonderful the lady at the front desk was when we arrived late with a fully loaded U-Haul truck with a vehicle in tow and how she gave us an entire lane to park in, so we could keep everything on site and safe. The breakfast was amazing as well as the rooms and beds too! A great place to rest after nearly 12 hours of driving cross country to move my son back to Nebraska. Thank you!!!

There was an issue with my second room costing $40 more than the first. We did misplaced a key, but the desk clerk said it was not a problem. Seems like I was charged $40 dollars for a lost key. Put a damper onwhat otherwise been a great stay.
