Getting between towers and to higher parking levels was not easy with luggage. We ended up having to park on top level and had difficulty with elevator and had to walk up last 2 levels when leaving.

Hotel is really well located. Staff are friendly. The shower heads are from 1999 and are abysmal - unacceptable for a premium hotel.

Downtown Columbia - Active nightlife within walking distance and nice rooftop bar with nice atmosphere.

It was spacious the breakfast was really great. The elevators frequently get stuck on certain floors, the sink in my room had to be drained every time I used it… the sheets were stained. The shower was semi clean.
