This property should NOT offer non-smoking (NS) rooms if the rest of the NS rooms smelled as bad as mine. In addition to the room being permeated with stale cigarette smoke there were little bugs crawling around in the room, holes in the wall, and stains on the bed spread. The two positives were a good hot shower and the a/c kept the room physically comfortable.

The blankets also did not appear to be properly clean. They had dark areas and stains that made me question whether they had been washed properly. I believe these conditions are far below what should reasonably be expected from a hotel room. Cleanliness, especially the bedding and the area around the bed, should be a priority. My experience was disappointing, and I hope the hotel takes appropriate steps to improve its cleanliness and service standards.

Dirty, bugs on floor, light fixture hanging off wall, no batteries in tv remote, used bar of soap. Checked out after one night. Property was also unkept. Full trash cans with full bags of trash next to it. Cigarette nuts littered the stairwells. I asked for a refund and sent our Jake’s Fireworks Engine Representative a message asking for help.

DO NOT STAY HERE.. This hotel is owned by Idians who do not care about this property. It's old, outdated and in a bad area of town. The day i checked out there was a dead person in the room next to me with ambulance and police all over the place

Old, run down but adequate.

This place needs to be condemned. Disgusting. We left and were happy to take the financial loss to get out of there.

We booked a nonsmoking room and the first room we were giving smelled strongly of smoke. We immediately went to the desk who told us it was a nonsmoking room and they could spray some type of spray if we liked. I refused and requested a new room. The staff did give us a new room and told us this one was nonsmoking (so was the first one not actually nonsmoking??). This room did not smell like smoke but had a missing deadbolt lock and had dirt and other stains on the sheets. Absolutely disgusting. We went back to the front desk and asked for a refund as these rooms were unacceptable. They tried to refuse but with persistence I did get my refund and drove home to St. Louis as there is no way I could have spent a second in these disgusting rooms.

Main room light didn't work. One of the door locks was missing parts. Tv received no channels. Toilet howled when flushed. Stains on bed covers. Refrigerator didn't work. No fire suppression system in room. Bathroom sink clogged. Plus more....

Toilet was not cleaned. Had ring around it. It had a 1/4 roll of toilet paper. When door shut you could see outside completely around it. Not secure at all. The other room had blue tape around the door knob and lock holding it on. The white blankets had stains all over them. One pillow on each double bed. We had 2 rooms booked -checked in, told them about the leaking sink and he said they would fix it. Got back from the game, went to room and turned on the sink and all the water just gushed out on floor. They did not fix it. Took a video. I got our party together and we dropped off keys at the front desk. We left. We did not even stay -we did not eat, shower, or sleep there. The trash cans on the outside of the building were over flowing. I would appreciate a full refund of both rooms if that is even possible. We also had a room booked there for our trip in October. I am cancelling that. I do not recommend this hotel.

Cheap stay and room was clean, could use some updating and maintenance.

The room was dirty. Only 2 lights worked. Night stand was broken. Tv didn’t work. Stains hair all over the bed. Cockroach in bathroom. Balcony on second floor was falling apart. Just an absolute nightmare of a place. Do not book there

Roaches in the room. In the fridge under the bed. Felt like they were crawling on me while I was in the bed

There were roaches, the door to the room we were givin the door frame was broken. There was no working TV there was roaches in the fridge. There was no smoke alarm. I paid for a smoking room and they said there was not any smoking rooms.

Dirty linen. Homeless walking around. Unsafe parking area. Pot holes. Half roll toilet paper, no extra. Place is disgusting. After a 12 hour drive, this was not what we expected or needed.

Totally trashed place. Sheets were dirty and full of stains bed are horrible. Bathroom were not clean had hairs so I left without refund. I wish they would refund.

Room was very dirty, bedding had stains all over them. Walls had what looked like blood splatter on them. The tub had dirt, hair and I don’t know what else in it. Would NOT recommend to stay here! The night staff was very rude, we ordered food, had it delivered and he tried to tell the guy to leave the property that he was trespassing. Horrible stay!!

this was the dirtiest hotel i have ever stayed at. all of the bed sheets and comforters were stained and gross, there were no towels in the room to be able to take a shower the shower was gross not clean at all. it was very dingy and dark we will not be back
