Red Roof Inn Columbia, MO

When I walked into the room it smelled like smoke (got a non-smoking room). Light didn’t work in the bathroom, the bed cover was stained. There was no way I was gonna sleep in that bed. Even the guy cleaning was dirty. I went back to the front desk and told them. They gladly refunded my money, the only problem was I don’t know where they credited it to because I never received it. When checking it went to an account number I don’t even have. So I ended up not getting my credit. If I was you I wouldn’t even have them listed. The WORST place I have ever been.

I checked in over 3 hours late and they were still cleaning the room, sheets had dookie stains on 1 of the beds, tub was excessively and loudly leaking all night, and the door couldn't shut properly

There were roaches all in the room. Black mold and grime in the corners of the bathtub, stains on the beds, walls, ceilings. I normally stay in cheap places and I can deal with a lot, but roaches and black mold are where I draw the line, disgusting.

The place was so bad did not stay checked n and out within 15 minutes. Room was dirty the rails on the the2 nd floor are bad looks like they are doing so work. The place is dirty and falling part. There are several cars in the parking lot that have been accidents and looks like the are being store. Did not feel comfortable or safe even my dog wouldn’t get out of the car and he is usually the first one out. I had to find another hotel.

No refrigerator in the room, no microwave in the room, dumpster of stinky trash, setting 10 feet or less from the rooms garbage everywhere on the property, railings falling down staff would not get any towels for you even after being asked four times if I was you, I would not make the same mistake.I did find a different place to stay.Do not stay at the red roof in in colombia , missouri

Garbage all over the property. 2 pillows and 1 towel for 3 guests. Busted door frame. Dirty bathtub mat.

Absolutely stay away from this dreadful decapitated piece of junk. This entire hotel needs to be condemned and the staff needs to be retrained how to do their jobs properly. The entire property is nothing but trash and junk cars and sketchy people everywhere. Go find somewhere else which I did.

The man at the desk was very nice. However, I almost didn’t stay once I pulled in. The area was sketchy, and our room simply was not clean. I did go and get some fresh pillowcases, but I’m not sure our other linens were clean. We couldn’t wait to get out of there.

Could not find anyone to check in for almost half an hour. After we got to the room we had to ask for towels and toilet paper. The TV did not work; they tried to fix it but with no success.

Dirty room, stained bed / pillows and dirty towels. Not remedied.

The light above the sink didn't work. But it was clean and comfortable.

I needed a place to sleep and it was worth the price. Small tv was not great. Good value for an overnight stop.

The room was ok. I think they need to wash the linens and not only change the covers. Overall was ok for the price.

Convenient, close to highway, had comfortable beds room and ac, good shower; good price Toilet was slow…lacked power, handle on sink was loose off its stem (you could operate it in a clumsy way after figuring out how to leverage it against the stem); vagrants wandered around…looking to steal or beg from you. Bad security

We had an expectation of cleanliness and functionality from staying at many other Red Roofs across the country, but this one shouldn’t even be open. Everything in the room was broken or scarred, paint was peeling in many places, and the bed looked like someone had napped in it that day. Avoid this place at all costs.

Staff was friendly and helpful since I was there to learn about the area before I relocate. The room wasn't that great due to the property being under renovations but was clean. The area was quiet.

Red Roof Inns used to be nice; now in need of major renovations. Missing refrigerator, light bulbs, no TV remote, filthy dirty from floors to mirrors, microwave should be trashed. No amenities, towels stained, bathroom door would not close, WiFi/cable connection poor. Very poor condition all around.

Booked a double room, was told I booked a King. I verified that the room was a double. Was given a dirty room with no door on the bathroom
