The room had ants and flies. They didn’t replace the towels or clean the room. They gave me a free bottle of water

Clean and comfortable

Some maintenance is needed. In our room, the bathroom door wouldn't close, the A/C smelled pretty bad (like the filters need to be changed) and the ice machine didn't work. And the room across the hall had a barking dog.

Room was spacious and clean. The queen beds were comfortable. Only request would be for a wall thermostat to better control the room temperature.

They are making lots of modern updates. Felt like a more expensive hotel. Breakfast was great.

Room was clean, but the halls and common areas could have smelled better. The staff was task oriented and kind. Great parking options!

Cleanliness level was disappointing. Weird chemical smell emanating and lots of visible grime in bathtub , on walls and even the shower curtain and shampoo bottles. I wondered if it had even been cleaned prior to our stay. Sheets appeared clean , but overall property felt grimy and dingy.

Breakfast was great. Location was great for the softball tournament I played in. For some reason we were put in a handicap room and we didn’t ask for one. Shower area the water come into the bathroom floor. Not ideal situation?

Water ran right out on the bathroom floor because of no lip on the shower. Bed was about 2 foot high. Couldn't hardly crawl out of bed Never go back

The place was filthy, the pillows were small and very uncomfortable, and they did not cleanup our room when requested bcs they "forgot ".

Place was clean, price was good, staff was friendly, overall I give it 4 stars for the type of hotel it is

Had a problem checking in. had to spend about 1 hour with Hotels.com to try and get situation resolved. It was after midnight when we finally got in our room.

Such a bad experience that we left and went to another hotel and lost the $400 that we had already paid to Comfort Suites. Staff was rude and unhelpful and showed visible annoyance when we requested extra bedding. The “mattress” on the couch bed wasn’t a mattress at all, only a very thin pad. It was so uncomfortable that my kids chose to sleep on the floor instead. The pool was small and so over-chlorinated that we didn’t want our kids to swim in it. The gym had no equipment in it at all and was instead being used for storage. The bathroom door stuck and had to yanked and maneuvered to opened and closed. For all this, we were charged over $200 per night. As I said at the beginning, we were so disappointed by the quality of this hotel that we checked out after one night, lost what we had already paid, and checked into the Marriott up the road.

This hotel has greatly improved since it's recent remodel. The rooms are clean and attractive and the lobby feels more open. The parking lot is still difficult to navigate when crowded, but otherwise, this is a good place to stay in Columbia, Missouri.
