Room was clean, but the halls and common areas could have smelled better. The staff was task oriented and kind. Great parking options!
-
Cleanliness level was disappointing. Weird chemical smell emanating and lots of visible grime in bathtub , on walls and even the shower curtain and shampoo bottles. I wondered if it had even been cleaned prior to our stay. Sheets appeared clean , but overall property felt grimy and dingy.

Breakfast was great. Location was great for the softball tournament I played in. For some reason we were put in a handicap room and we didn’t ask for one. Shower area the water come into the bathroom floor. Not ideal situation?
-
Water ran right out on the bathroom floor because of no lip on the shower. Bed was about 2 foot high. Couldn't hardly crawl out of bed Never go back
-
The place was filthy, the pillows were small and very uncomfortable, and they did not cleanup our room when requested bcs they "forgot ".

Had a problem checking in. had to spend about 1 hour with Hotels.com to try and get situation resolved. It was after midnight when we finally got in our room.

Staff was helpful kind and professional. The room was clean and comfortable.

Such a bad experience that we left and went to another hotel and lost the $400 that we had already paid to Comfort Suites. Staff was rude and unhelpful and showed visible annoyance when we requested extra bedding. The “mattress” on the couch bed wasn’t a mattress at all, only a very thin pad. It was so uncomfortable that my kids chose to sleep on the floor instead. The pool was small and so over-chlorinated that we didn’t want our kids to swim in it. The gym had no equipment in it at all and was instead being used for storage. The bathroom door stuck and had to yanked and maneuvered to opened and closed. For all this, we were charged over $200 per night. As I said at the beginning, we were so disappointed by the quality of this hotel that we checked out after one night, lost what we had already paid, and checked into the Marriott up the road.

This hotel has greatly improved since it's recent remodel. The rooms are clean and attractive and the lobby feels more open. The parking lot is still difficult to navigate when crowded, but otherwise, this is a good place to stay in Columbia, Missouri.

The staff was very attentive. The room was nice but the bathroom floor was not clean. I asked if they would clean it and they took care of it immediately. Overall a good stay.

The cleaning staff are doing a bad job. First name i literally saw pee on the toilet and after i ask them to clean. I dont think it made any difference.
-
Room was clean enough. Poorly painted and random outdated phone jacks and outlets items from a remodel. Beds were comfortable. Shower was almost useless with a trickle of water.
-
our room was dirty. brown pillow cases. Hair on the bed. Dirty sheets. rooms smelled wet and moldy

The only instant that I had was later in the evening when I needed an extra sheet and blanket for the pullout sofa. I went downstairs and asked for them. A woman was there. (she was not the one who checked me in.) when I asked for the blanket and sheet, she said there were some already in the room. I replied that there wasn't any that I could find. She insisted that they were in a closet in the room at that point I wondered if I missed a closet so I said. "OK, I'll go back up to my room and check again." I went back up into my room. I checked all the closet space and all the drawers. I looked everywhere. There were no blankets or sheets to be found so I had to go all the way back downstairs again. I talked to the woman again and I told her that I" I did a thorough check just like I did before, and there were absolutely no blankets or sheets anywhere in the room" her response to me was "Are you sure?" I did not reply. I just looked at her, I literally could not believe she was asking me that. I was very disappointed in her response. Eventually, she turned around and got me the blankets in the sheets aside from that my day was fine, but it really did create a negative experience for me in regards to this particular hotel. She should've believe me the first time and not have me go back-and-forth to my room and the lobby

We checked in late at night and had been on the road all day. Check in was easy the hotel looked to be recently renovated. Our room looked great at first but then realized the night stand between the beds had fallen in the floor, the bathroom counters and floor were dirty and the wall paper was peeling off behind the bed. The beds were clean but not very comfortable at all.
