The lobby bar was a great place to watch some of the World Cup games when we were in town.

Overall an okay hotel to stay at for a night or two. Had to wait 30 mins past check in time to check in because they said a room wasn’t available.

Three Good Things: The room was clean overall; The bed, pillows, mattress and towels were very good; Check in and check out was very easy, and the front end staff were very nice and pleasant. Two Not So-Good Things: Room maintenance was not so good (everything was clean but scuffed and worn, some small sticky spots on the carpet); The bathroom was clean and nice but the towel rack was very loose on the wall, one faucet spout was very lose on the sink. We did not have a bad room or a bad stay but we have nicer stays at other properties in Columbia, MO and will use them instead.

Staff was amazing.

Breakfast was the only thing I was disappointed in I had to pay 11$ for a meal that I could have gotten at any continental breakfast in hotels that offer that…only disappointment was that.

Excellent staff, batteries went out in thermostat and got hot in room and front desk immediately found batteries and came to the room and replaced them at almost 1 in the morning. Pool was a little chilly inside but outside pool was clean and warm.

Nice rooms, clean, free water and coffee, good concessions selection Weird policy about locals that implied that I’m going to cause issues by staying locally. I’m not a hooker, I just had home maintenance issues.

The double room was nice, with comfortable beds and bedding. The bathroom was spacious and well-appointed. We were at the end of a quiet hallway and enjoyed a peaceful night's sleep. There was construction in the lobby, which was a bit of an inconvenience. I booked the hotel specifically for the indoor/outdoor pools and was disappointed to find out the outdoor pool was closed due to a chlorine issue. We visited the indoor pool, which was underwhelming. Additionally, the evening staff wasn't very approachable; we seemed to be taking them away from their phones.
