Our bathroom had problems. They gave us keys to another room to utilize that bathroom, good thing we didn’t use it because it was very much occupied.

Got a renovated room with wooden floors. Bad idea the hallway light and sounds of a busy hallway kept us up all night due to a gap in the bottom of the door. Get a room with carpet

The outdoor pool is so refreshing and well maintained. Great staff too! Friendly and very accommodating! We were hoping the restaurant was better though. Great location too.

The lobby bar was a great place to watch some of the World Cup games when we were in town.

Overall an okay hotel to stay at for a night or two. Had to wait 30 mins past check in time to check in because they said a room wasn’t available.

Three Good Things: The room was clean overall; The bed, pillows, mattress and towels were very good; Check in and check out was very easy, and the front end staff were very nice and pleasant. Two Not So-Good Things: Room maintenance was not so good (everything was clean but scuffed and worn, some small sticky spots on the carpet); The bathroom was clean and nice but the towel rack was very loose on the wall, one faucet spout was very lose on the sink. We did not have a bad room or a bad stay but we have nicer stays at other properties in Columbia, MO and will use them instead.
