They put us on the 1st floor as requested, but not sure if that was coincidence or not. We had dogs, and got put towards the back door. That would have been nice, getting the dogs in and out, but the back door was broken, could only go out. On the room, sat in the chair, which looked like it was out of the 1970s, and it smelled like urine. Breakfast was decent, nothing special.

Easy check in, pet friendly

My stay was very satisfactory. Check in was efficient since I did it online and upon arrival I only needed to pay a $25 add on fee for my dog. My room had a small problem and Heather immediately gave me another room and helped me move my luggage. My dog was being evaluated for a breathing problem at the University of Missouri’s veterinary hospital so we were staying for two days of testing to get a diagnosis. On day two I asked if I could stay in my room two hours beyond check out because I didn’t have anyplace to go. Heather took care of my request and my room was scheduled to be cleaned/turned over later than was routine for that hallway of rooms. Heather personified service excellence and I’ll be back to stay here again because of her.

Clean room, nicer place.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and the beds we comfortable. It was a nice hotel especially for the price point

We arrived at 1:30am to the property. We sleep until 9:00am and then left. We did not see much of the hotel. Did not get to have breakfeast. Room had some thing that could of been repair but overall was nice and friendly.

Check in was easy, the guy at the counter didn't say two words to me though. The room was very nice, clean, like it may have recently been redone. The bed was ok. The air worked great and was very quiet. They had a good hot breakfast. We would stay here again.

The overall hotel is clean and well organized. Very clean to the appearance and the room was fitting. would recoomend staying there in the future, as well recommend staying there to others.

Our room smelled like a wet dog. The room appeared to be clean but smelled horrible.

Make sure to bring a physical card not just Apple Pay

The shower curtain did not meet the tub so every shower meant the room flooded. We only had two tiny towels to start with so there was perpetual water on the floor. We did not get any cleaning service so we were out of towels by the second day and could not get help from the front desk. The breakfast was ok and the beds were fine so if you are staying a single night you can survive it. If looking for multiple days I would stay elsewhere.

Welcoming hosts and clean rooms

nice clean hotel with pretty good breakfast. Loved the pillows (often hotels have much harder pillows and I prefer a softer one). Only complaint would be about the shower head/water pressure not being as strong as I would like.

This hotel was located just 2 miles from where I was in conference. Location was good. Low price was good.

We were passing thru and needed somewhere to stay for the night. It had a funny smell, the kind that clings to your clothes. I did not have the breakfast, my husband did. It was just okay, nothing to get excited about. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay for one night, this is your place. I would not stay more than one night.
