First, in every ES, there have been pots, pans, and dishes available to me. They come with the room. However, I was shocked to learn that I had to pay for both cookware and glassware. Yes, that includes bowls, cups, knives, forks, spoons, etc. So, for my nine-day stay they were expecting me to go purchase all of that. Either from them or from a store down the street. Secondly, non-smoking was over emphasized. However, all of the hallways reeked of smoke. And when I turned on my AC, it was the same in my room. And the elevator shakes like it’s about to come undone. Doesn’t feel safe at all. I took the stairs to my room. Speaking of being in my room… Holes in the wall. Stains on the carpet. Flooring coming up. Not all of the lamps work. In fact, the knob to turn one of the lamps on was completely missing. In the bathroom, the vent made an awful noise. and when I looked up to see what it was, it was covered in dirt. I was advised that I will be getting zero Room Service since Room Service only happens every 14 days. I was also told that I had to take out my own trash. The two towels that they gave me was supposed to last me the entire time, or I could come downstairs and exchange them for a fee every time. I could also wash things on my own, but eight dollars total to wash and dry just to get clean towels?

Room was very clean…It wasn’t ready upon arrival but they were moving very quickly and the bedding was straight out the dryer and they were extremely nice..Yes I would recommend..

Price Everything, toliet seat broke.no towels no soap no shampoo.room smelled like wet dog and cigarettes . I was surprised of smell since there was no carpet just a sticky vinyl plank floor. No desk person to talk to.

Was able to bring my puppy The room was dirty, smelled bad, counter top coming off the wall. The floor was so dirty, that the bottom of my feet were black. The people hanging outside the building at night, really made me uncomfortable.

Hotel is gross. Smells like smoke everywhere non smoking rooms still smell like smoke. Shower backed up, tv is small. A lot of weird people hanging in parking lot at all hours of the night. Don’t stay here.

Cleanliness. Kitchen. Access to huge Park across street for walking. The Birchwood Extended Stay across the highway that google mistakenly took me to.

Clean room, friendly staff

I arrived to the property around 1:30am on 8/17/26 and before arriving I was never told no one will be there during that time. I had just taken a 9hr drive from Miami to me having to call the hotel and ask how do I check in. I was told someone will meet me in the lobby in 20 minutes. He was there not very friendly seems agitated he had to come and it smelled like marijuana badly. My tv has been out since I arrived I called yesterday but I only works on YouTube. I woke up this morning still no tv service, I contacted the front desk and she stated a technician was working on it. As I write this review @ 3:35pm I still can’t watch tv. My fiancé needs to be reimbursed for 1/2 of the stay because I wasn’t able to watch tv that wasn’t my problem that’s the hotel he paid for comfort and peace and unfortunately I wasn’t able to watch tv

This place is the most nasty disgusting hotel I ever stayed in in the United States of America they got no ice maker no housekeeping every 14 days just deity and nasty

This place was horrible! There was no front-desk and you had to call someone in the lobby to get your room. Very shady place and my husband and I felt so unsafe that we left 5 minutes after getting there.

The room was also quite noisy, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. To make matters worse, after I had fallen asleep, a child knocked on my door late in the evening. When I looked through the peephole, it appeared he was lost while trying to find the laundry room. I was also surprised that the room did not include a “Do Not Disturb” sign or a cover for the peephole, both of which would have provided more privacy and helped prevent interruptions. Overall, these issues significantly impacted the comfort and quality of my stay.

The girl that checked me in was great. Overall property condition was poor. Shady characters selling drugs in the parking lot. Would not stay again.
