I was informed that my room had been canceled after I drove all night from Dallas to Columbus, Georgia. I was trying to call and let the hotel know that I was going to be checking in late because I left after work and was stuck in traffic for hours leaving Texas. There was no way to contact them and I was informed that if I booked through the website to send a message, I sent a message and did not get a reply. I was exhausted and had nowhere to go when I got there at 6 o’clock in the morning. The clerk looked like she had slept all night and didn’t bother to wash her face or comb her hair. She didn’t look like she worked there. She looked like she slept there. I ended up booking at another room. I was told that I was canceled because they were full, and my payment had to be paid before I checked in as opposed to upon checking in, which was how I planned to pay it. My account had been hacked so I had a different card and when the payment declined prior to me attempting to make the payment, my room was canceled. This is what I was told. no one attempted to reach out to me on either end.

I recommend this hotel stayed here for a few days when my son had his turning green ceremony closer to stores restaurants I recommend it

The staff was very personable and made us enjoy our stay. From the front desk to the cleaning staff and even maintenance they were all wonderful. The breakfast especially the pancakes that I had all 4 mornings were delicious. The pool was also very nice. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean.

The Staff Especially Holly was the sweetest and most helpful. Would recommended this hotel for any military family visiting their loved ones at Ft. Benning

I arrived at the hotel at 9:00 pm. There was a gentleman checking in As I was waiting for my turn, a little girl came down to get an item from the front desk and then an older lady came down with door card issues. Once the gentleman was checked in, the front desk helped the other two ladies, even though I had arrived at the desk before them. Once everyone but me had been taken care of, the front desk told me to wait because they were changing shifts. Once I was helped it took the new front desk attendant 5 min to check me in. I had to wait 30 minutes after I had arrived after a long day and knowing I also had an early morning. I am well versed in customer service and knowing it only takes 5 minutes the clerk should have taken care of me before the shift change. Very disappointing when people think about themselves before the customers they are helping.

It could have turkey bacon / sausage. More variety of food i.e grits, whole milk I needed a walk-in shower. There needs to be more handicap rooms with walk in showers.

The coffee needs to be stronger. It was too watery
