The woman at the front desk was the absolute best if and when we come back to Georgia we will make sure to stay there to see our friend.. Nothing everything was great

Very clean and I loved the updated look. The hotel looks better in person.Friendly staff The breakfast because it was only snacks, it wasn't a real breakfast. The tube had a very slow drain.

The room cleaning service was terrible; we stayed for four days, and the rooms were never cleaned. We had to go to the lobby to ask for toilet paper and clean bath towels. I would never stay at this hotel again.

Staff was great, helped with any issues we had. I didn't want to start with the inconveniences, so I will start by saying this location is great. Went to visit for my son's graduation from the US Army. Even though I could never find the dang gate entrance to base even though I knew approximately (around the corner 6min) where it was, but that's my gps issue (thanks Google...). It is pretty conveniently located as well if you have transportation, within 15-20 minutes of almost everything. The staff is very nice, kids enjoyed the pool, forgot my swimming attire or I would have been in it I think the building needs plumbing work. On the first day all was okay, the second day the toilet would not flush properly, just raise and lower. Saw housing keeping on the way out and asked if it was something they could do they said sure. Came back several hours later and the toilet was working, props to housekeeping. Then came time to shower and the tub would not drain this time. By the time I was done I was ankle deep in water. Everyone showered and it was time to brush teeth, the sink started filling up and not draining. so pulled out the stopper and it looked like the previous tenants tried to put those brown paper towels down the drain. At least I think that's what it looked like but I wasn't going to clean it out. We informed the lady at the desk and she offered to relocate us, we told her it's fine for the night because we are leaving bright and early anyways. She said she did make note of it. So hopefully it gets fixed. Also, I know the sheets were clean but a pillow case had a dark deep stain so I just didn't use that one. Even with the issues, it served its purpose, a bed and a roof. We are not ones to complain much. I just wanted to mention these so that maybe it can be looked into. And of course what's a night in a hotel with thin walls and the over exaggerated moan, haha. Didn't last long btw. I would stay with these company again if I ever need to go...

The cable never worked except the first night. There was old food under one of the beds and an old sock under the other.

The front office lady was trying to fix it by turning off and on, however it didn't fix the issue. We spent a night in a warm steamy room as there was no other rooms available in a hotel to move to.

Note: I see some people refer to the immediate surrounding areas as being "not great". I live outside of Baltimore and travel there and to DC frequently. I never felt unsafe and I'm a woman. The immediate area isn't easily walkable (major highways intersecting nearby), but it's still close to many stores, restaurants, etc. Just like any place, lock your car doors and be aware of your surroundings, but, again, I felt completely safe here! Also, military families are told to stay away from Victory Drive. It's not that bad to me, but I wouldn't be walking out there at night. Just like adjacent to many military bases, there's always a strip that contains strip clubs, bars, drugs and prostitutes. No big surprise and no big deal. Just stay away from these areas (unless this is what you're actually seeking out).

Staff was friendly and rooms were comfortable.

I would suggest better hot options for the continental breakfast (bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs etc!

Not very good could have been better

We stayed for 2 nights and it was a positive experience. Front desk girls were helpful and nice. Room was clean and nice. Will definitely be back.

Our housekeeper Blue was great. No closet or storage.
