Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Columbus/Near Fort Benning

When I checked on Angel was amazing and very sweet. I was traveling alone and she was very helpful moving me off the 1st floor. The only thing that was a little bothering was there were wooden pallets just left in the lobby along with empty boxes and the lobby had a very bad smell. But besides that the stay was great!

Ok worked for the night. In a pinch it worked

BAD EXPERIENCE WITH HANDYCAP FACILITY ROOM AUG -26-20, 2016 (4 NIGHTS) OPENING THE DOOR DAILY, I HADE TO KICK THE BOTTOM OF THE DOOR SEVERAL TIMES SO IT CAN OPEN OR HELP FROM OTHER QUEST THAT PAST BY THAT HELP US. AT THE LAST NIGHT IT DIDN’T OPEN AT ALL AND HAD TO GO TO LOBBY FOR PERSONAL ASSISTANCE. BREAKFAST IS NOT THE BEST; PANCAKE MACHINE WAS OUT OF SERVICE.

It was a quick throw to Fort Benning. The bathroom only had one roll of toilet paper and it was mounted to wall right beside the shower. So first shower it got soaked no matter how hard you try to set the curtain. Maybe add a curtain with attachments for the wall some how idk.

No coffee in the room, breakfast was lacking.

Great location to Fort Benning for my son's graduation. Very clean and great service.

The staff was very accommodating. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable.

Clean, friendly close to everything. About five minutes from Fort Benning pretty straight shot. You can pretty much get everything in town from there.

I liked that it was close to the base The bed was lumpy. The bathroom drain in the shower was a very slow drain..Also, I wasnt informed that the card to hold the reservation was the one they have to charge the room to, i thought it was just to hold til we got there, we wanted to pay with another card but was told we couldnt and it brought my bank account into negative. Lack of communication when making reservation.

Are smoking and we can smell it specially night time.

The best part was how close the hotel was to the base! It was convenient getting to and from the base for my sons basic training graduation ceremony

The woman at the front desk was the absolute best if and when we come back to Georgia we will make sure to stay there to see our friend.. Nothing everything was great

Air conditioning worked great and the hot water and water pressure was wonderful

It was very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful Breakfast could have had more options
