Great location. Room, bed, towels and shower curtain are clean. Front desk lobby area smells and looks clean. there’s hot coffee in the morning. The first room I was given was horrible old dirty carpet, rusty refrigerator, something was missing off the wall and there was roaches. (The second room given was clean). When I ask for receipt I was told they ran out of paper. Stairs smells like urine and weed. (elevator is clean) The outside needs cleaning trash and lints from dryer was all in the front of the hotel and parking lot.

The whole place smelled like weed. The rooms were okay but in the middle of the night the ceiling started leaking water.

Nothing It wasn’t clean. The tub and everything was nasty. I didn’t get the room I booked. She told me that they were sold out. So she just gave me a room. I couldn’t get a refund or anything.

The manager on duty was great. The hotel was dirty. The Rugs was terrible dirty and elevator didn't work to come down and had or look like blood the walls.

Close to my event so convenient No room key for the first night due too their services being down so hotel attendant had to let us in our room each time , roaches in the microwave witch the hotel staff only said “I can clean the microwave for you” in witch I asked for a different room and was told no , super expensive none refundable pet fees with additional pet fees for each night. No blow dryer or iron in the room. But overall convenient I suppose.

I've stayed at many hotels and unfortunately this was one of top three worse places I have encountered. There was an unpleasant smell in the room right upon entering, the bathroom and kitchen faucets had no hot water, and the tub was in a terrible state- it nees to be updated. The staff was helpful and friendly, which was definitely great, but the hotel needs updates for the prices they charge.

Honestly the only reason it didn’t get 1 star the for every subject was because although both rooms I was given were not good, the staff was friendly and tried their best to help. Aside from that, the property claims it’s smoke free but the first room I was given smelled like someone smoked in it for years and then the second room had roaches, broken dresser, blood on one of the pillows which was just covered with pillow cover and the window wouldn’t shut completely so it remained open the entire stay
