I was actually disappointed with my stay. The booking process was very confusing as to what was different about the available rooms. I thought I was reserving Basic King (not a King Suite) and there were 2 price levels for the BK with no explanation in the difference. I thought I selected the lower price, but learned I apparently booked for the higher price when I checked in. The reason for the higher price apparently was a jacuzzi bathtub in the higher level of basic King (although that was not in the listing of room amenities). When we arrived in our room, it was had a very musty/moldy smell. We turned the air on before we left the room for dinner which did not dissipate the smell. I decided to use the tub, but not before cleaning out all the jets (they were fine) but both the main drain and the overflow drain were dirty with green and black debris on my wash cloth after wiping. The smell was present the whole visit and even when I arrived home the next day and went to bed, the moldy smell had infiltrated my CPAP mask, which I had to change out before using the machine. I did not ask for a room change because the reservation site said that there could be no change in room types once booked and since it was the night before a holiday, I assumed most if not all of the nearby hotels had been booked full. I just do not plan to use this type of hotel again because the smell should have been obvious to housekeeping and/or management and should have been addressed.

Everything was perfect we had a great time

One of our favorites. Just as nice as it was 2 years ago.

There was mold in the bathroom, the toilet begin leaking in the middle of the night and soaked the floor. There were hairs in the shower upon arrival and the shower was wet as if it was recently used. Not a great experience.

Didn’t do breakfast. So I have no idea. Went to take a shower and lots of long black hair I pulled out of the drain. It was sticking out. Plus hair on the side of the shower. Very upsetting and dirty. Told the girl at the desk and she said oh yes. Been cleaning drains and hair is coming up. She said there was a lot. And the girl that cleans was there only a week. So no I feel bad and did nothing to make me feel better about a dirty shower. The carpet was very stained.

We have stayed at the same location several times and have been very satisfied. On our past stay I reported the the front desk that the carpet was very wet around the air conditioner. I was told they had worked on the unit and that was why. It was extremely aggravating to be walking on wet carpet. Also, there was an odd odor that did not smell like any type of cleaner.

The room smelled of mildew, the light above the sink didn't work, and when I reported it, I was told there was nothing they could do. The lady at the front desk knew it was broken. There was mold in the shower. We would not stay here again.

I was definitely surprised with everything on a good note. Bed was not like I prefer but lots of pillows definitely was great. Not your normal flybynight hotel

No fire detector in hotel room - old shower - more light needed - sink in room so can’t get ready without bothering the person sleeping

I only had two working outlets in the whole entire room. I only had one light other than the bathroom light that actually worked . My phone didn’t work at all and he said there was nothing he could do about it so the whole time if I did have an emergency or something I needed to use the phone I wouldn’t even have been able to use it. I paid a lot of money to stay there for two days and didn’t even need to stay the Saturday and tried to cancel at 10 AM on Saturday and they refused to let me cancel. They said that you guys wouldn’t allow me to cancel and they could not allow me to cancel it. I’m beyond disappointed. I’ll never stay in another sleep inn the rest of my whole entire life. I’d rather sleep in my car I should get a refund for that because I might as well just stay in someone’s closet. I didn’t even wanna be in the hotel room the entire time there was kids running up and down the halls at all hours of the night, which isn’t the staff‘s fault but it just was on top of everything else no one ever came to my room at all. They never replaced my bedding. My bedding had stains on it they were disgusting luckily I had a sheet in my car and I just didn’t have a blanket. The pillows had stains on them. It felt like I was staying in a $10 $20 hotel room only paying almost $200 a night I voiced all my concerns to the staff. And they did nothing. My brother’s wedding was Saturday. I should’ve been able to go to the reception, but couldn’t do that because they wouldn’t allow me

The shower had a leak that caused a constant dripping noise throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. In addition, the room's HVAC unit made a loud rumbling sound whenever it was running, which made getting any real rest nearly impossible. The next morning, we noticed crumbs scattered across the carpet that were clearly left behind by previous guests, raising concerns about the cleanliness of the room. To add to our frustration, the conditioner bottle provided in the shower was completely empty. We were very disappointed by the number of issues we encountered during our stay. While the check-in process was smooth, the noise, cleanliness concerns, and lack of attention to basic amenities made for an unsatisfactory experience.

The toilet shower room had pitted metal fixtures. Toilet seat needed replacement. Shower stall had mold around door and safety hand rail. The rest of room was very nice.

Sinks aren’t along with the toilet and shower. It’s outside next to the sleeping area. Shower floor was squishy. Like the floor underneath was rotten.
-
Put shampoo and conditioner where you can find it, but we were able to find.

Second the breakfast was horrible everything was cold and defiantly not a variety and the weird thing is this guy must have been the manager but he just sat there and watched everybody eat and grab their food. Definitely never stay there again and probably never stay at Choice hotel. This is the second Choice hotel we stayed at and was very disappointed.

Easton Hotel, probably rehab in the last 10 years there was mold on the shower door and the carpets were a bit stained but bedding was good. Staff was OK. Pool was clean. Breakfast was average.
-
Great, weekend was loud with softball players.
-
The breakfast was good but the same both days. No variety.

The family that owns/operates this hotel is the Most kindest, thoughtful, compassionate people! I was injured on the trip and they gave me the room closest to the elevator simply as a kindness, without me asking for it. But it didn't stop there! I left my meds in the room upon checkout.(we were just overnight guests passing through) The family called me! So I returned the following week on our way back home from our vacation and picked up my meds!!
