Room was clean. Bed comfy. Breakfast was good (better than expected). I knew this was going to be a very basic accommodation, so I was surprised to see a fridge and microwave. Good location for Columbus, and a good selection of restaurants nearby. My only bad experience was the smell of the common areas which was an overwhelming perfumy smell that I found disturbing. Once you're in your room awhile you don't notice it as bad. I had no lotion in my room, asked a staff member to fill or replace. He smiled and said he would, but that never happened. Not sure he understood me, but Walmart was close so I went and bought some there.

Did not have breakfast No coffee pot in room. Lighting in bathroom was extremely poor.

This hotel doesn’t look like much from the outside, but was extremely clean and inviting on the inside. The staff were helpful and the property is centrally located to a lot of restaurants and stores. My son and I stayed here for two nights for a travel baseball tournament and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

When we pulled in, there were 4 police officers at the hotel taking care of a disturbance. The room we stayed in was located on the lower floor and had an extreme musty smell. The hotel parking lot off of our window had a group of young people partying until 3:30 AM. I asked the staff to see if this could be taken care of at 1:00 AM. They called the next door hotel and they moved the party about 40 yards from where they were. We didn't get much sleep and left the hotel at 4:00 AM.

Clean safe place to spend the night at the most reasonable price in the area

The air freshener was VERY overwhelming. I had a migraine the first night from it.

There are a lot of restaurants and shopping places around the property. It’s extremely clean right down to the parking lot. The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the hotel. The rooms are pleasantly decorated and clean…did I mention this place is clean!!! The beds are comfortable too! Definitely will stay here again when I’m in the area. Nothing to dislike.

Clean and comfortable. The breakfast wasn't stocked very well. Waffles were about all that was available.

Room was clean. Location was excellent. Many restaurants and shopping near. Not enough washcloths for 3 people. That’s it!

This room was for our employee, a bus driver, who had just dropped US Army Reserve troops at nearby Camp Atterbury. He needed his mandated 8 hour rest period before returning home. He stated that the front desk did not want him there because of parking the bus there. After his insistence they checked him in. He stated that the property was run down and smelled bad. We will not use this chain in the future.

So, the individual quickly reassigned us another without hesitation.

The hotel wouldn't let my grandson check in. So he sat in the lobby half the night.
