Pool water has been GRENN both times we’ve stayed! Wondering as to why!

I like the check in process it was really fast we arrived after midnight and the staff was really nice and helpful they made sure we felt comfortable with our room . They saturday kitchen crew, breakfast was basic but clean and good . We had issues with the room that was given to us at first, then the second one and the 3rd but the staff switch us rooms until we feel comfortable and the next day maintenance was there to fix the issue with the 3rd room the one that we ended up staying at . I didn't like kitchen sunday staff because we noticed a hair in the food notified the cooker and they didn't changed the food they just dump more food on the top of it .

It looks outdated and there was urine on the toilet so it was cleaned properly and my bedding smelled like pot

The staff was very friendly, Amanda and Kathy were great and there was a third gal that was very nice as well, I just never got her name. The room was comfortable The pool was closed due to problems, which I think caused the fire alarm to go off. The lounge closed way too early, every time we went to go it was closed and it was only 8:30.

The pool was dirty and water smelled like feces. Property is runned down, towels were not changed daily. When asked for clean towels I got a dirty look from staff

The continental breakfast was also nice. Our room seemed kind of damp, almost like it needed a good humidifier. As a result of the dampness, there was a little bit of a musty smell. Other things were just showing their age and worn a bit, but still clean. The pool water seemed a little off color, so my spouse was hesitant to let the kids swim.

Room smelled of smoke. They said it was their last handicapped room.. carpet did not look clean. Desk chair was in frayed condition. When I turned down the bed sheets there was a long black hair on sheets. No where to sit. For 2 people. Very noisy well past 11:00pm.

Nothing It had a weird smell in the lobby and then it smelled like an apartment building on the way to our room. Our room smelled like a wet towel. Then, housekeeping knocked on the door twice around 9:15 when I was still sleeping and asked when I was checking out. Checkout was at noon.

good restaurant, one week never got bed made, only got 3 wash cloths all week

They did not make the bed anytime! Upsets me when you pay for a room! I have never had that happen before!!

The pool was closed for our 2-3 time staying there. Not prompt on response back on complaint.

The breakfast. Well first off it didn't say anywhere on the website that the pool was closed for maintenance and that's the whole reason we booked there so my kids could go swimming. And then to pay $270 dollars for just a room is BS. Then to top it off I requested a crib/packnplay for my 1 year old, the lady brings it to me then later calls the room (it's almost midnight at this point) to tell me the crib is an extra $20 dollars a night! In my opinion it should just be complimentary, You ask ages of kids when booking so that's a bit ridiculous. When she called and said I needed to come pay for the crib I asked If I could just do it in the morning considering it's already midnight and she said I needed to do it then which irritated me to no end after traveling and already arriving late.

Breakfast was good and they started it earlier for the Eagles pool tournament players staying with them. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate for tournament schedule Could use a hot tub and the Keurig in the room is useless, a regular coffee pot would be more efficient
