- there was a used bar of soap in the shower - there was booger on the shower curtain - the AC unit couldn’t be set below 68, when the room was hot. - breakfast is over at 9 when most hotels are until 10 -fitness center didn’t have free weights. -some guys were blasting music in their car late by my window.

The best thing about this hotel is the Mexican restaurant inside. Best authentic Mexican food I have had this side of the boarder in a long while! Pozole, tacos and nopal salad. Delicious!!

We have been coming back to this hotel for about 5 years but it was still Ramada. This stay was terrible. At first everything seems to be clean...the beds were made but had stains all over the sheets, blanket, pillow cases..and the headboards looked like they were wiped down with dirty rags. The bathroom wall had marks on it like someone had dirt on their hands and smudged it on there. The soap dispensers in the shower had dirty marks on them. The shower wouldn't switch all the way so it was halfway running through the faucet and halfway running through the shower head. The towels had stains on them. There was a metal trim on the edge of the carpet that had screws sticking out and i hurt myself stepping on it..i had my 4 year old with me so i made her wear shoes inside. The pool was freezing and didnt look clean at all. It had been our favorite hotel for years but this stay was probably our last. Staff was very friendly though

Jordan was VERY helpful at check in

The staff put us in a single room to start so they had that wrong then when we got our double room it’s smelled like it had been wet and never dried out well. Hair on the bed and pillows were terrible! I would never stay here again.

Our check in was bumpy because of computer issues and the desk attendant didn’t seem well versed in how to troubleshoot. We were given the ADA adapted room, which we didn’t need, and for a tall person it was rather inconvenient. These rooms should be left available so those who need them are able to- and we didn’t pick that option in the app. The room was only furnished for a single person and still had stuff in the fridge. Both of us were at check-in, so that was a mess up in her part as well. Our experience at check in prevented us from reaching out and asking for a new room. Rather disappointing because I suspect it could’ve been avoided. Thank you for having the charge station for our EV!

Overall, my wife and I enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and quiet and the breakfast was good. A couple of items detracted from our experience. We arrived shortly before 7pm. The front desk clerk was away doing other things elsewhere in the hotel. It was 10 -15 minutes before she returned. Seems like a staffing issue as I don't believe there were any other Quality Inn staff on the premises at the time. The other issue was with getting access to the Wifi. In attempting to access, I was taken to a site where I entered my last name and room number. It then offered to allow me to join Choice Privileges, which I'm already a member, or watch a short Ad. There was no place to log into my Choice Privileges account. So, I opted to watch the short ad, but once completed, I was taken back to the screen to enter my last name and room number and start the process all over again. Given the issue at check-in, I decided not to try to contact the front desk and used the hot spot on my cell phone instead.

the quality of this hotel has dropped since our last stay three years ago. The breakfast was terrible. The rooms had sheets with stains on them. The parking lot was telling. Hardly any families, but lots of Pacific Railroad trucks. This used to be the premier hotel in Columbus. Sad to see it go down hill so fast.
