facilities were clean and the amenities were great

Probably my biggest complaint was the other clientele at the hotel while we were there. Adults wrestling and roughhousing poolside, loud and obnoxious kids and adults in the annex, lobby and pool. Smelled like marijuana everywhere. Which is not the hotels fault but still affected our stay. (We have many kids ourselves!) I’m not sure if it was just the day that we stayed or if this is the regular but it made our stay less than excellent.

Breakfast was great and the pool is nice!

Clean room, nice space and good food

Everytime I go to Columbus I always stay at this Embassy. The breakfast is amazing. The staff is is always professional and helpful. The hotel is accessible to everything I need.

The TV really wouldnt respond to remote. Bathroom sink was plugged up. Shower whistles the entire time. So outdated and damaged. Our wall could be pushed in. So chaotic and unorganized it wasnt worth doing anything but staying in our room. Room was way too hot. Set thermostat at 60. My baby monitor was reading 73. Couldn't ask for any help from front desk because front desk area was so chaotic so many people on a Saturday. I've never experienced such a busy hotel. Breakfast looked good but did not taste good. Except yogurt bar that was 10/10. Pool was cool but super cloudy. Lamp plugs did not work one was melted.

Seen signs posted about no outside food in restaurant area but that was clearly not the case. Then Saturday evening the fire alarm goes off for someone burning popcorn walking up and down 8 flights of was not something I was trying to do. Very very inconvenient. There was more things that made this trip unpleasant but its not enough space to put it all... SMH NEVER AGAIN WILL I CHOOSE THIS PARTICULAR HOTEL LOCATION

Beautiful property. Breakfast was nice and hot. Made to order omelettes were a hit! My kids enjoyed the pool and workout gym. The room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable!

Absolutely hands down loved this hotel. Everything was perfect. Thank you.

Staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was great. Nice atmosphere to sit down and have a beer. Food was decent from Exchange. Pool was a bit hit for my kids. The only downside was that the A/C in the room didn’t seem to be working well.

The air conditioning in our room was not working, so it was not a pleasant experience. There were no open rooms for the hotel to move us to.

Room was clean, staff very helpful. Breakfast was okay, bar was nice and the staff were friendly. I didn’t like having to pay 5$ per day parking fee. It’s not a parking deck. Hardly any cars, parking lots was empty.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Good place to be with families

The first room we were given didn’t get cool. We had the AC set at 64 and were hot all night. Maintenance man said he could change the motor but it would be really loud. They moved us to a different room which was better but still not as cool as we’d like. Then the toilet clogged up. They just brought us up a plunger. We got it unclogged but it still barely flushed a few pieces of toilet paper. As we were going out for the day I told the desk and they were going to send someone up. Since we were gone I don’t know if they ever did but it never did flush right. For such a large hotel there are only four elevators and one was out of order the entire four days. And also another one for part of one day.

It was a wonderful time. Hotel was clean, staff was very dry helpful, breakfast was great. Overall 10/10

The hotel is dated but despite being an older hotel the rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable . Staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was superb!! I was disappointed because the pool was closed for repairs.

Highly recommended for a family trip! The front desk staff are amazing!
