Intown Suites Extended Stay Columbus Oh - North

From the front door to the walls to the bathroom and floors everything was dirty the closet door was broken the light fixture was broken the toilet was broken the kitchen sink handle was broken the stove didn’t work the tv remote didn’t work the WiFi didn’t work and the environment was weird and uncomfortable the staff was very disrespectful and unhelpful I’m not exaggerating when I say I slept in my car and immediately canceled my stay

Nothing The pictures of the hotel online makes the hotel look good but once you get the actual room stove doesn't work its dirty poor upkeeping

The l8cation area and the free parking. Everything, the corridor to the rooms is so hot you can hardly breath to/ from your room, the elevator is the same it looks like a warehouse elevator. Tha aircondition was leaking water, the staff told me to place a bucket underneath but it leaked all my stay until the carpet was so wet it made the room smell awfull, horrible experience this is a warehouse not a hotel.

Our stove top wasn’t working till after we were here about 13 days after checking in then we also noticed roaches inside our bathroom and under cabinet and staff offered seemed to have bad attitude towards us also the check in experience was terrible we wasn’t able to check in according to our information booking and also experienced severe heat conditions while waiting for our room

The fact that the A/C worked!! I didn't like the fact that in order to go outside and smoke, I had to go down a hallway that had wet carpet, and then it smelled like mildew and dog! I also didn't like the fact that there were roaches and the exterminator never showed up at the scheduled time. I also didn't like the fact that someone DIED in room 310, or the fact that I was told while reactivating my key, that suddenly stopped working 2 days before my checkout date, that I couldn't renew my stay on my renewal date and I had to leave because someone booked the room which makes no sense because how can someone book an already occupied room!!! My experience was horrible and I definitely wouold NOT recommend!!

Nothing Everything. The room was dirty and smell like death. The manager was illiterate and didn't even know general service dog ada law. She threatened to kick me and my wife out because of our service dogs. Corporate is ridiculous and just clueless. Waiting to start lawsuit as we speak.

The only thing good about this hotel is the manager Erika. She’s very helpful and accommodating but the hotel itself is awful. Cockroach infested, the room is very dirty, the towels were stained and didn’t look clean, the bathroom has mold and everything smells funky.

For the amount that we paid probably monthly this year require a little bit more amenities, such as towels trash bags, things like that! Its is honestly OK? I could just be a little bit more cleaner but this would do until I’m able to get a house so I’m not complaining too much when I’m not real comfortable

Booking.com deducted $50 from my card but never made a reservation with Intown Suites as a result the hotel had no record of me. Upon arrival the hotel did not have my reservation and I had to wait over 5 hrs until I could get a clean room. However I requested a refund from booking.com and still waiting for my refund. For one thing, at the time of booking, I wasn’t made aware that the office closed at 7 PM. When I read this on the confirmation I was sent, I tried to contact the property letting them know that I would be arriving late. No one responded to my email and no one answered the phone. When I arrived at the property at 7:02 PM, the floating manager, Holly informed me that I was considered a “no-show”, and charged one night’s stay. The rest of my reservation had been cancelled. She said the system automatically shut down at 7, and nothing could be done until the next morning. (Because of that, I had to find alternate lodging on the fly.) The property has a “no refunds” policy; however, I requested a refund based on the circumstances, and Holly assured me that she would put a note in my file. It has been over two weeks and still NO REFUND and NO RESPONSE from corporate. First and last time I book with InTown Suites!!!!!

Nothing but the TV… How filthy it was, how badly it smelled like weed and cigarettes inside, how my key card would stop working every Saturday night when I would get back to my room after 2:00 am from work so I would have to call and wait for someone to let me in and reactivate my card, the house keeper never cleaned my room once, she even cussed me out, the management was always rude and having attitude, the tap to pay was broken for weeks, the manager falsely accused me of tampering with the smoke detector and falsely accused me of smoking in the room, I don’t smoke cigarettes or marijuana flower, the dryers don’t work, the vending machine ate my money, and just the overall disgusting and unprofessional behavior of the staff, there were blood stains on the pillow case, and other stains on the bed sheets itself…
