DID NOT LIKE BECAUSE IT WAS OVERBOOKED AND WE COULDN’T STAY AFTER BOOKING THROUGH YOU ALL AND RECEIVING CONFIRMATION. IT WAS GERY INCONVENIENT BECAUSE ALL OTHER HOTELS IN THE AREA WERE BOOKED. WILL BE REQUESTING A REFUND IF CC WAS CHARGED. OVERBOOKED AND RESERVATION WAS NOT HONORED.

they provided shampoo and hand wash. bed was comfortable dirty floors, stained sheets, outlets were hidden behind furniture and not accessible except outlet in bathroom which was dirty and lopsided, toilet rocked back and forth and when you stood up the toilet tank banged against the wall, frig was dirty inside, microwave was dirty inside, no breakfast, snack vending machine was completely empty and they sold takis at front desk. front desk evening person: thought he was sleeping but he was just into his cell phone. we tried for over 5 minutes to get his attention by knocking on counter, knocking on door, waving to him, shouting for him but no response. on the third phone call, he finally answered and lied about helping a customer. he was shocked to learn we had been at the front desk trying to get his attention. he asked if he could help us but I told him he was useless then he hung up on me.

I didn’t get bed bugs So dirty

I don’t like anything about the property. It was run down and very unkept. I did not stay at the hotel. I didn’t like the fact that it was falsely advertised and the pictures that are shown aren’t what the rooms and hotel look like . The hotel smelled of bad odors and wasn’t very clean. The parking lot jag questionable activities going on.

Nothing. We walked in, looked at our room and told them we wasn’t staying there. I asked for a refund but am yet to receive it. It was filthy. Our room had roaches in it along with poop still on the toilet seat from the previous occupant. The towels were dirty and there was dead roaches on the bathroom counter.

It was good Nothing it was awesome

The hotel was quiet There were roaches crawling around the bathtub, the Jacuzzi tub had to be cleaned out before I could use it. The bed was hard as a rock.

This hotel is not inly gross and unpleasant. It's dangerous. They knowingly cater to crackheads that rome thier property and use their facilities. O wouldn't even park my car in their lot in fear of it getting vandalized by the crack addicts who we saw tweaking down the sidewalk on the property. Everything. Unsafe hotel in an unsafe part of town. Management does NOT care For your own safety, STAY AWAY!

Absolutely Nothing The Hallways stank it smell like cigarettes and mildew... We got to our room an was welcomed with roaches crawling out the room an On the walls ... the walls was dirty.. The rugs still had a pieces of broken glass.. I walked in an walked back out... what made it worse was I was actually traveling from out of town an couldn't get a refund back the same day.. wasted time an money Very disappointed

Nothing Everything.. the room was uncomfortable. It was hot. There was no coffee machine. They didn’t have breakfast. They charged me a deposit after they gave me a room that didn’t even give me everything that I needed it like every other hotel does.
