I've stayed at better places for the same $.. They got the nerve to stop ur guess after 11pm an charge you $100 deposit

Yes, as previously stated I booked the room for 2 nights, but left a few hours in due to stains, mold, broken AC, etc. the first night not being refundable I understand, but I should never have been charged for the 2nd night I didn't stay in.

The room was completely dirty, nasty, filthy. The shower rail was hanging one side of it was off. I had drug femes, knocking on my door all night. I had to leave there due to sanitary issues. Toilet wasn't working my, she's hat. Stains on it, blood stain on a carpet, I can keep going and going about how awful this hotel. And I've been trying to get my refund back for my reservation. And they have been stalling, i'm about the situation, so now I am about to email.Better business and call them. As I was leaving, I heard one of the customers complaining about bugs being all over that bed, and i'm gonna leave it at that.

Needs more fresh air flow.

It stinks in the entire hotel the rooms stinks, trash on the floor In the room dried up blood on the bathroom walls, the wash cloths was dirty.

They didn't give u a key card to get in the building. U had to walk all the way around to the office just to get in. No elevator. The stair ways smelled like piss. Roaches everywhere. There was no water pressure and no hot water. If u propped the door open to go outside the manager would yell at u for propping it open. Homeless people was always in the stair ways

Room was horrible

Room was tidy, but far from clean. Nothing worked efficiently from the Microwave,, to the TV, to the AC unit, to the water pressure for bathing. Key code didn't work. Place was trifling. But you get what you pay for -I guess...

Unclean. Staff not present. Unsafe environment around property. No hot water. I didn’t even stay in the room.

Check in is supposed to be at 3:00pm we get there at 4:00 and we’re told we were not able to check in because he had cashed out his drawer and the other guy wasn’t there I was not to happy as we had an event to attend and I needed time to get ready VERY dirty hotel floors bed sheets seen a roach horrible will never be back

I needed someplace cheap,clean, and safe for a few hours sleep. This fit the bill. Rate was nice and low. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Inside hallways, locked exterior doors. When I want fancy, I stay somewhere fancy, Yes- it’s dated. Yes- the halls smell a little musty. Yes- the fixtures have seen better days. But the staff was nice and all I wanted was sleep and a shower. I checked in earlier in the evening bc I knew I would be getting back very very late. Room was down a long hall and I noticed a back entrance. So when I returned at 0530, I parked back there to save myself the walk. The back entrance is not accessible with a room key. Honestly- that’s the only thing that didn’t live up to what I expected for what I paid!

The hot tub was unavailable. Supposedly a 'mistake' on their part. As there wasn't any reason to stay there, I ended up staying at a friend's place on his couch, probably for the better.

The room was disgusting, I will attach photo of the bed. We always check the bed when staying to look for cleanliness or bugs and when we peeled the sheet back we were appalled. We left the room immediately and went back to the desk and requested a refund. The man working the front desk told us we would get a refund but we still haven’t. There is no elevator and the stairwell smells like urine.
