Place was not very clean bathroom was dusty and floor was dirty

No swimming pool no breakfast as advertised. The place is full of mold and dirty and poorly maintained. The photos on Expedia are not representing the reality. Don't go there!!!

I saw two rats. Got charged extra money and had to argue to get it taken off. Bath tub was so dirty I wore shoes to shower. DO NOT STAY HERE I DO NOT ONOW HOW THEY ARE STILL OPEN FOR BUISNESS

Awful. Do not stay here. It's right by the projects, the room was dirty and we had bugs crawling on us as we were trying to sleep. The room smelled musty, we had 3 guests and they provided 1 single towel, and only 1 of the beds had pillowcases. At checkout, they accused me of stealing towels. Unbelievable, do not stay here.

There was way too many crackheads and prostitutes then there was a lot of roaches in our room like the bug roaches. Yeah our room was like completely covered. It was disgusting.

Never heard about my refund

It was filthy. Black mold on the bathroom ceiling, trash on the floor, it was hot and no knobs on the air conditioner, and just plain nasty.

I guess you get what you pay for. It looks like their trying to remodel but not too sure on that. Security had "vests" on for protection i think. Moldy smell in the room. Saw a couple fire hazards that i had photos of but cannot find them. Shower and bed was actually ok.

The rooms look rough and in need of work. The only place to eat late at night was Sheetz, so your dinner choice is gas station food or drive-through liquor store snacks. The surrounding neighborhood is not walkable either. Sidewalks that lead to nowhere, empty restaurants, tweakers and homeless all around. If I have to stop in Ohio again, I'll be driving past Columbus and whatever was going on in this area and hotel. Do yourself a favor and sleep out of your car, or just keep on driving.

It was in the back so not loud at all Just the questionable people walking around but nothing dangerous

Did not make up the room while I was there. No breakfast or in room coffee. Whole place smelled like cigarette smoke. Would have been nice to have shampoo available.

Lamps broken, window curtain rods barely hanging on the wall and the carpet was older than I am and in a terrible neighborhood.

Do not stay here. They falsely charged me for damages because I "messed with the towels and sheets". In other words, I used them and left them otherwise in the same condition I left them.

Didn't get it Them trying to keep my cash deposit after paying solely with cash for the room and deposit it would have been great till they tried to scam me out of 100$deposit

The parking lot floods when it rains the water was almost half way up my calf. It has roaches. The room smelled horrible and looked like some people graffitied it and they did a horrible job cleaning it up. Holes in the walls, shower didn't work.

Insects buzzing around trash receptacles by elevator on 1st and 2nd floors. 3 out of 4 bulbs missing in floor and bedside lamps...missing remote for TV. Toilet stopped up had to be plunged.
