Room very clean, friendly staff and breakfast was good
-
Slept on a urine dump mattress but staff was accommodating and I was transferred to a new room on the second day. In the new room, I kept finding hair on linen and towels. They could do better in hiring a more experienced and detail oriented cleaning staff. I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again.

Amazing hotel with quiet rooms and fantastic breakfast options.

Nice experience everything was clean. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean our room. Location was a little noisy cause we were on the side of the expressway and we requested a quiet side but other than that no issue other than the TV had some problems for it was fuzzy and not calibrated correctly. We would’ve be more than happy to stay there again in our travels.

The rooms were neat and clean. Breakfast was excellent.

We have not stayed at a Fairfield Inn before, were hesitant, but saw the great reviews for this location - the average ratings were consistently higher than all the other hotels in the area. While it does not have the feeling of a luxury hotel or resort (if that's what you're looking for), it is a clean, well-maintained, and quiet, place to stay. Staff were helpful. The breakfast oatmeal and yogurt topping selections were excellent, and there was plenty to choose from for a nice breakfast. Our beds were very comfortable and showers looked new. We were very happy with our stay.

We enjoyed our stay the hotel was spotless, room and linens fresh. Breakfast was hot and fresh the grandkids especially loved the waffles. The staff were friendly and engaging with us and grandkids which was very nice. Unfortunately there was vandalism to some cars ours being one, but the staff Zenia and Nazario went out of their way to help us. They gave us supplies to be able to drive 5 hrs home and Nazario even vacuumed the car out so it was safe for us to travel. So besides that glitch it was a great place and staff.

Breakfast was amazing! The food was really delicious and a variety was offered. Even oat milk! Zenia was so courteous and made sure our stay was outstanding. Definitely return.
-
Breakfast offerings were plentiful and kept well stocked. Close to main roads for easy travel.
-
Room clean; located on the first floor so quick access to breakfast and parking.
-
Good breakfast, clean room
-
The only negative is the breakfast: the food is subpar, with rotten fruit in the bowl of sliced fruit each day, oatmeal that is just water, stale bread, and cold eggs. We have been staying at the Fairfield for several years with consistent positives that out shadow the only negative. We will definitely be back again.

The room we booked through Expedia was for my brother’s wedding- a Studio room, 2 queen beds and a pull out couch, for the size of the wedding party getting ready (also a handicap shower to help me). Once we checked in we realized it was not the correct room. It was a small room with two queens. The front desk was called immediately to kindly help navigate & they let us know that when we booked this room weeks ago- it was not available though it was showed available on Expedia. They also told me nothing was available the next day either. We were never notified and they told me there were no there rooms to accommodate. I have a disability and 2 children and two other adults were joining our room. My sister and I were to Officiate this wedding. My brother (the groom) was able to navigate after about a half hour of back and forth another room the next day (day of wedding. We had to check out at noon, wait for another that we had originally booked until almost 1:15, and I almost was late officiating the wedding. I am never staying with this hotel again or booking through Expedia again. I am handicapped and needed the handicap friendly shower & the larger room i booked initially for the wedding party. It was a chaotic disaster.

Clean room and very good breakfast!

okay could have some better maitenance

We really liked staying here. The only complaint was taking a room on the first floor next to the kitchen. The staff preparing breakfast was very loud for us to try and sleep in.
-
If something goes wrong, don’t expect any help. We had ants in our room and the front desk told us they would have to wait for maintenance to come in the morning to put any sort of trap or repellant out, and didn’t offer to switch our room at all. The second night the fire alarm went off twice due to faulty equipment, but we had to evacuate twice in the middle of the night with terrified children and slept terribly. The hotel offered absolutely no helpful compensation or resolution for that issue. Don’t expect any help at this location if something goes wrong with your stay.
