Location hard to reach, on the edge of a questionable neighborhood. Kept up until 2am by loud group group speaking a form of English not taught in school.

Everything was just ok, nothing spectacular. It got the job done 👍

Comfortable and quiet. Had a hard time getting the outlet by the bed to work. Room could probably use a paint job but we were only there as a stopover so the comfy and quiet part overrides the minor inconveniences

Totally out of their hands, the the lack of restaurants near the hotel. Only Red Lobster, and fast foods. Eat before you get there. Feels like the hotel is in a forgotten area of the city. The staff gave us some Hilton points for the problems that we experienced. We would not choose to stay there again.

It’s tucked into a storage unit lot behind a red lobster and it’s hard to find. No signs at the road. We were exhausted. Found a ball of hair in the middle of the floor. Yellow spots all over the ceiling. Mud spots on walls. Gross fan. Baseboard separating from wall. Toilet requires manual flushing. Shower did not drain. Bed frame worn. Sheets clean but worn. Guests noisy after midnight. The worst part was the bright lights outside that never went off and the drapery was missing a section so would not close. We barely rested. Would not recommend to anyone.

The man at the front desk was friendly and fun. The breakfast was ok. Pretty standard. No complaints It was very difficult to find the place On the exit the view is blocked by vegetation. Once you turn off Hamilton Road there is no signage to guide. It took us a lot of driving around to figure out we had to turn into the Red Lobster Red parking lot to find an obscure secondary road with no name to take to get into the hotel. The pool was gross. Cloudy water, littered with wet towels and trash. There was a broken and a missing title on the side of the pool. The exhaust fan in the ceiling was black with grime. I had to go to the desk to get some clean pool towels.
-
The staff was courteous. Let us know up front they were doing some remodeling. Like everything.
-
Not in a great part of town
-
The pool was not well maintained or temperature controlled. The carpet in the room was stained and the bathroom was not cleaned very well. Overall the place was sufficient but, not Hampton Inn quality in any way.
-
The hotel is under new management and being renovated. There clearly are some cosmetic issues that need to be addressed, but I stayed twice in the last week and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, and there was good selection of snacks for sale at the front desk. The only suggestion I would make is better signage off Hamilton Road, because the entrance is tucked behind a Red Lobster and not easy to find at night.

They let us get checked in after 12am. Breakfast was available in the morning. The AC did not work (and it was their “new” units), the bathroom had multiple bits falling apart, the towels didn’t look clean.
-
The allowed flexibility on check in. The fridge did not work properly, the room had cracks along the walls and ceiling, AC did not work despite being “new”. Breakfast was okay, better at other places.
