When I got there to check in the lady Norma lied and said booking.com canceled my reservation and said no rooms were available when the website said it was 5 rooms open!! Another worker at a different location said Norma tends to discriminate against people of color!! I will NEVER stay there again!!

I liked absolutely nothing about this place. When we got there, there was nobody onsite to check us in. The General manager finally showed up and gave us keys to inspect the room. The entire place reminds me of a jail, is dirty, dark, ill maintained, there was criminal activities blatantly apparent during brod daylight in the middle of the day. The room was extremely small, smelled of urine, with many things broken. There were no chair at the table, so we st on the end of the bed to discuss where we would rather stay. We had been there less than 5 minutes when the general flew thru the door and accosted is, accusing us of using the rooms for nefarious reason and telling us to leave the hotel, with no explanation. We tried to talk her down but failed, and finally my fiance got into a cussing match it's her and proceeded to leave the biulding. I had to retrieve my ID from the front desk, and her attitude was horrible. She then accused me of trying to sneak in a pet, which we didn't do, and she had brought some gangbanger with her to the office and he began to interject himself into the conversation I liked nothing about this hotel, and even less about the General Manager. The whole place is in disrepair, dirty, dingy, and smells. The manager was the rudest I have ever seen and even though she threw us out for no reason and then still tried to charge for a bullshit cancellation fee. We hadn't cancelled, we were told to leave !!

Forgot to mention I was on vacations but we’re looking for something cheap to stay with a kitchen so we can cook for the kids sometimes. 0 out of 10 honestly the worst experience that I had in a hotel make you a favor and don’t stop there unless you’re a homeless and need somewhere cheap to stay. The lady manager was very friendly and helpful but besides that horrible!!

The hotel is infested with roaches they never offered us clean sheets or towels I had to go buy my own toilet paper. I wouldn’t recommend staying here
