Nothing Our vehicle got broken in to with the windows violently smashed out right outside the main entrance and staff couldn’t care less. No cameras at all on property

Underwhelmed. No real fresh fruit. The hard boiled eggs did not taste good. Need better mattresses. 2 bars of soap would be nice.

It was great!! Super clean room and the room was big. The staff was very nice and we had a beautiful room The automatic curtains were kinda hard to use and there was only a thin shade in the bedroom so all the sun came in

The refrigerator did not work was told it could not be fixed or replaced and to bring my food downstairs for them to put in their refrigerator. We had food leftover from restaurant that we had to throw out. Front desk was never at the front desk. Had to 20 minutes twice to ask questions about room and to checkout. Was told I would get a room credit for inconvenience it never happened Refrigerator did not work. Staff not available

Room was very clean & updated. Staff was helpful and kind. Great place to stay!

At check-in, they told us that THEY ONLY DO THE ROOMS EVERY OTHER DAY. That was a big surprise. And after 4 nights, THEY NEVER DID OUR ROOM. I mentioned it at checkout, and they apologized and said I would receive extra Hyatt points, which I have not yet received. Breakfast had scrambled eggs every day, but bacon/sausage only 3 of the 4 mornings. Not good. (the lady working the breakfast is great). Casting on the hotel’s TVs does not work well. I called the front desk to request help, and they send a guy, reset the TV and left without checking if the problem was actually fixed….WHICH IT WASN’T. BIGGEST RED FLAG. On our last night there was a break-in of seven cars parked in the Hotel’s parking lot and the hotel’s cameras, if any, were not very useful. Otherwise, location is good.

Great hotel for sure. Super cozy and close to everything. Only problem is the walls are paper thin and we could hear the people above us and next to us all day and all night. If this happens again, i will more than likely ask for a room switch, where i can find peace and quiet.

We had a quick 1 night stay here with our dog. The hotel backs right up to a paved trail so it’s a great option if you are traveling with a dog. Monique at the front desk was so friendly and courteous. Overall the hotel was very clean and well kept. There was a stain on one of the sheets on our bed, but everything else felt clean and sanitized.

Great stay! Clean room, breakfast was very good. The outside patio was nice to have a drink and relax.

The entire property had problems. For over two weeks with an elevator not working. When in the reception area people coming down to the lobby were stopping by the front desk with room problems. We moved to another room bec the first was dirt and sink cracked and the second room was also dirty.

Overnight stay and only 1 elevator was working. Sometimes waited 15 minutes for elevator. I was told they were waiting on a part. Have stayed here previously and no problems. Will definitely go back!

Location was good. Parking was easy. Carpets in front of elevator and in hallways were dirty. Only one elevator was in service. The breakfast was horrible. Cold eggs & breakfast potatoes. Bacon was raw. Front desk staff was more interested in her phone than in taking care of checking us in.

My stay went very well. Clean and comfortable.

Everything was great!! Excellent stay.
