Great location and clean rooms

This was a very comfortable place for a three night stay. Nice to have a king bed and a sofa. Also liked having a separate shower and sink room from the toilet room. My only complaint was with the mediocre breakfast buffet, which offered the same “Today’s Special” each day I was there. But that’s a minor complaint. I appreciated the staff moving me from the first floor to an upper floor when very noisy/happy soccer (or baseball?) players were partying loudly in the lobby bar area. I will stay here again. Very convenient to OSU campus and medical facilities.

We slept in so we didn’t do breakfast at the hotel but appreciated the noon checkout. Plenty of dining options - a few within walking distance. Will definately use again when we return to columbus !

Rooms were very spacious and ciean

The breakfast was great, especially with kids. Room was clean and was able to get extra towels. They were fresh and still warm. Staff was very helpful with our questions. The only complaint I have is our air conditioner had a loud rattle to it while it was running so it was a little hard to sleep with that.

Clean and included breakfast

Always clean, close to the hospital. We’ve stayed here several times and never had a bad trip!

Room was clean. Was missing an ironing board but told front desk and one was delivered with in 30 minutes. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and good. Room location was quiet. Good location of hotel.The WiFi work but was a little slow and froze up on me a few times that was the only think that needs to improve.

There was no soap in the bathroom, the TV and phone were broke, the sheets were stained and wet with the comforter pulled up over the stain. Replacement room had long hairs on the sheets. Management seen useless. The ladies working the desk were nice.

The staff was helpful and informative, the only problem was the carpet in the room felt grimy and turned mine and my friend's feet black from the dirt. Other than that it was a great stay! We will definitely be back!

Clean rooms, easy check in/out. Available parking. Convenient to stadium, arena & restaurants. Breakfast could use some improvements. Would stay again.

Everything thing was good. Granddaughter was looking forward to the pool but it was closed

Love the breakfast

Stayed one night and the experience was very good. Our room was spacious and the layout was very good. The breakfast in the morning was nice and the dining area was good, too. I was surprised at a $4 per day parking charge. There’s no parking garage, just surface parking on the property. The location is close to OSU and medical facilities, which is convenient. There’s also a Crimson Cup drive-thru coffee shop next door, which is a plus.
