La zona no es muy buena

Upon checking in, we had to take a gross looking staircase up to our room. The halls reeked of marijuana and cigarettes, although it was a “no smoking” hotel. We entered our room, which also reeked, and it felt gross. It was not nice and just overall felt dirty. As we were sitting there, a housekeeper tried entering our room and she asked us if it was clean. Shouldn’t they know the room is clean before we check in? After about 5 minutes, my husband and I decided to check out and leave. We couldn’t sleep there.

Where do I begin? The hair in the bedding (all beds), stained walls, stained bedding and burnt bedspread, no towels, no tp holder, peeling paint, missing towel racks, floor lifting up, key cards not working, long term residents, fireworks in parking lot near our vehicle, ants at breakfast. Unclean, poorly maintained. Pool permanently closed. Not a great location. Dilapidated area.

There was nothing amazing about this place. Outdated rooms no elevator was just some of the problems. Staff unable to perform basic requests such as print a receipt at checkout. Had to move because first room key didn’t work on the second floor. Had physically go back down stairs and request a room in which the key worked. Hence taking luggage upstairs and then back down stairs just to be put in a room that is ducked off in a corner. No view just a concrete wall outside the window. Plus parking was horrible.

The breakfast did not have great options. I would say this is a decent hotel if you only stay one night. Definitely not that great for the price.

No complaint. Everything was Ok

Nothing. Breakfast and coffee was the surprise highlight of the trip. The whole experience including the room, parking, facility, grounds, staff, housekeeping, and amenities were subpar at best. I will need come here again. Way below standard.

Staff did a great job cleaning room daily and leaving clean towels, which is something you don't get all the time anymore. It was a good value for the money.

This a property where you can rent a room for a week. Some interesting folks staying here.

The front desk were very unprofessional, and rude.

Bad

Location is near the highway. Hallway and staircase is filthy. Had to wait for the front desk clerk to assist in checking in. Given a second chance, I will never stay again nor will recommend to my friends/relative to stay.

It was myself and my two daughters. We stayed there for a tournament the first night we realized that the phone didn't work in our room and some of the lights didn't work either in the middle of the night someone came and knocked on the door. The woman asked for a comb that had brace in her hair very suspicious. We did not eat the breakfast because we were running out of time but the next night, a different set of people knocked on the door. They were drinking in the hallway very loud all throughout the night could barely sleep. They were cigarette burn holes in the sheets. They probably need new ones. We asked for extra towels and washcloths the gentleman at the desk politely said I have towels, but we don't have washcloths here, even though there were two in the room already we tell the front desk about the people being loud in the hallway and their response was they're only staying for one night when I turn my key in the next day, I was told by the young lady at the desk that there were several complaints about the same people that I complained about they kept them up throughout the night

Room was clean and up to date as far as amenities. Comfortable bed. Some good water pressure in the shower, nice and hot! Bathroom floor tiles could use a little work but other than that, everything was great!

So here is my honest opinion! We only paid 236.00 for our 3 day trip to Columbus,Ohio… with that being said… I’ll say that you get what you pay for! Now… the staff were very friendly, polite and helpful! They don’t have an elevator! So, we had to carry our luggage up the stairs! The inside of the room loos just like the pictures posted online! However, a few of the lamps in the room didn’t work… there was water bubble on the ceiling over the television, assuming something from the room above leaked down and the ceiling was just never repaired… then once inside the bathroom (which was actually very nice!) I noticed there was another water stain on the wall behind the bathroom door! …. other than that I had no real complaints about my stay. … like I said… I paid $236 bucks for three nights and tbh I kinda prepared myself to have an uncomfortable experience but I was prove otherwise!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The area is heavy in crime and the people that stayed in that area were questionable. The waitress at the restaurant we went to told us not to go to the gas stations near there and pizza delivery wont deliver there bc of the crime rate. I couldn't wait to leave. It definitely self like an unsafe place. Don't stay at the hotels on Brice Rd.
