I wouldn't know because we were rudely informed that breakfast was over at 9 snd it was 9:01 while the employees were making waffles and refused to let us enter!!! Employees were extremely unprofessional and rude!!

the carpet was damp and sticky , i had to wipe my feet with wet towels every time i walked across it because its summer and i didnt have socks , and the towels were black . It looked like i had been walking barefoot in a parking lot.

I travel frequently for work and this stay was one of the worst I have had. The desk clerk at check in was not at all friendly. . .not rude but no smile or greeting and although I agreed to have a authorization put on my card for incidentals all 4 times she told me about it, she still repeated the information again before running my card. She also informed me that rooms had not been cleaned so the room type I reserved was not available. I told her that was fine and that any room would do. She didn't respond to that, but later told me that since my room wasn't available she HAD to give me an upgrade. And rolled her eyes as she said it. The "upgraded" room had a very uncomfortable bed and I was really looking forward to a hot shower to work the kinks out of my back. Unfortunately, the water at the tub never got hot and the shower didn't work at all. At no time was anyone at the front desk either. I had to ring the bell to check in and the clerk left again while I was getting my license plate number (prior to completing check-in. No one at front desk when I left to get dinner nor when I returned. And no one at front desk when I checked out. I dropped my keys in a box as instructed to do at check-in. Luckily I booked through a third party and was able to get a receipt for work through the third party.

a $100 deposit when you make a online reservation is kinda wild..hotel was decent though.
