The hotel needs to be remodeled. The pool was down. The carpet smells. There is a mildew smell. Staff were never at the front desk. There was only one hotel cart. Only one elevator that barely fits the cart. They also advertised a hot tub that did not exist. Also, I was told they had cribs or playpens, and they have not had any for over 4 years.

This hotel needs to be refurbished or remodeled or leveled and start over. This Holiday Inn is not like any other Holiday Inn we have stayed in. I suggest management go spend two nights in this property. See what I'm saying. Disappointing!!! Holiday Inn - You can do better... ...Kay Shiflet

The room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. They double charged me, and it was a little bit of a hassle getting them to see the error and issue me a refund for the overcharge. I had already paid booking.com, and then they charged me again on top of that. However, the staff were friendly once all was understood.

Everything was great at this hotel, staff was friendly, room was clean and had everything you needed to make your stay comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and fresh! Would definitely stay there again!!

The location convenient to everything needed The fact I RSVP the King Suite with a Jetted Tub. Get to the Hotel NOBODY informed me after driving 5 hours plus that THEY HAVE AN ISSUE WITH HIT WATER! I drove I'm old and stuffed up ready for a HOT or WARM bath after checking in. I even waited in the morning for hit water to call to the front desk for someone to answer and say " Oh we've been having issues with that, so sorry". I want my money back I came in January 11, 2026 and the BAYMONT HOTEL with the Jacuzzi in the room was the same. Fed up with booking and their affiliates not taking accountability as a business to inform customers of these small but VERY IMPORTANT THINGS. MYBIDY IS SORE I SUFFER FROM SCIATICA AND NEEDED THE HOT BATHS BOTH STAYS. I'M VISITING MY SON. I have to be outside in 90 degree weather without a NICE HOT BATH IN A JETTED TUB (WHOLE REASON FOR ME RSVP ROOMS WITH JACUZZI TUB). WASTE OF TIME. The sofa bed mattress is worn needs replacement or to be updated
