Judy at the front desk checkin was fabulous. She has an infectious smile and was able to check us in early. She also signed me up for the rewards program. You have an excellent person in Judy.

The room was very clean, and tidy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was well maintained. we love that we have access to hot water for tea and coffee available throughout the day. We've stayed there 4 times so far and will continue to do so every time we visit Long Island, NY.

We had a large group coming at all different times from different parts of the country and every team member was kind, accommodating, smart and so helpful! What a nice job everyone did!

Cannot trust them . Giving keys to the room that still occupied with other guests. I asked for the manager and unfortunately manager is off weekends 😒 . (That's why she is not paying attention with guest 🙄) .

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious. Coffee was good. Walkable to a nice diner, Starbucks, chick-fil-a. Price was too high. Breakfast area was packed! Ironing board pad was so thin that it ruined my shirt. The pattern of the metal below the pad was imprinted on the fabric. On the lowest heat setting. Beware and use a towel in between your item and the ironing board.

The hotel is in a great location. There is a diner and a Starbucks you can walk to easily. The hotel was clean, room was clean and the property was well maintained. If youve stayed at Hampton Inn before you know what kind of breakfast they have. Its decent, filling and free. My only issue was the bed was way too soft. If needed though I would stay here again because of its location.

The hotel is in great condition. Location is awesome too, there is a premier diner within walking distance. Staff was really helpful to resolve the issue I had with reservation. Water fountain outside the first floor elevator is a nice feature. There are teas and coffee station 24-hours too. Definitely will stay here again when we are in town

The breakfast room being part of the lobby is very odd and not very practical. The front desk is only about 6 feet from a table where you’re eating. People are walking by you with their suitcases and the doors are continuously opening and allowing cold air to blow in. Breakfast was not enjoyable.

Bagel was good. Would have preferred 1% milk.Good amount of bananas
