Nice clean and to the point.

I had to change rooms 3 times. First room felt very unsafe. Second room smelled like mildew and the ac was leaking on the carpet floor. The third room had so much rust in the shower, dirty carpet and stains all over the couch and floor.

Will not come back .thought the place was run down tv didn't work Crack tile in bathroom the outside was dirty They didn't make up room

Hotel needs significant cleaning and repair

Old carpets through out. Scuff marks on walls. Rooms need tlc. Breakfast for a fee. Went elsewhere.

The staff was very helpful and nice to me

My check in was great!! Fast and easy no hassle. Was a bit disappointed with the front lobby. Nothing was open. No snack area to buy waters or snacks, everything was empty. I had To drive off to buy things like that. There was a bar open later in the evening, that was about it. There is so much potential but needs a refresher. Super happy with the staff though, everyone was so positive and always greeting me and my family as we walked in and walked out.

Great bar and restaurant, nice rooms and tractor trailer parking too.

A little confusion at check in, as our reservation was somehow lost to another guest. The room and floor (#4) was freezing. We couldn’t get the TV to work, when we requested assistance from the desk no one arrived. On our second attempt for tv assistance the next day someone came within minutes and set the tv up properly. The rooms look very tired and probably need some updating (bathroom ceiling and door were damaged, couch was stained, no extra blankets). Finally there was really not security, building was accessible by anybody…

My stay was fantastic across the board.

The room is tired, elevators not clean. Weird, but the water level in the toilet was so high, your hand was dipping into it when wiping (ugh!). Tub is stained. Mattresses too soft and springy. The whole place is ready for a refresh.

This is a property that is showings its age. From ripped wallpaper, chipped and cracked tiling and 1980’s decor the exterior was shoddy too. Staff not very warm and front desk didn’t inform us the breakfast was not included. The room was clean but bathroom very small and bed you could feel the springs. Not what I expected for a Raddison. New to the island I’ll know next time to look in another community like Bayshore for accommodations.

The front desk was extremely helpful, and the room was clean and exactly what we needed for our one-night stay. We utilized the indoor pool for the afternoon which was nice but was littered with some trash and socks (LOL). Overall, a decent stay.

The bed and pillows were good.. shower never got hot enough..for the price of the room, the bath towels were small..no breakfast served on Monday..breakfast not included...the lady at the restaurant was very cordial..staff was friendly.

Staff was ok but the bar tender was 6 stars.

There was a stained on carpet, no phone in my room. Had to use my cell to call them which was a long wait and they tell me oh they aware of the stain and no change of room

Just first room had a broken conditioner, moved rooms without a walkout which is what we requested in our Expedia booking the room that we were transferred to had a broken TV had a broken tv. We had to set our own alarm clocks and we were missing lightbulbs, and in both lamps moved to a third room which was decent. However, the staff was extremely unhelpful and quite rude. I will never ever stay with them again. It was absolutely terrible. And hookers walking in and out of rooms disgusting.

The towels placed in the room were not dry and the pool was cloudy. The hot tub was boarded over and there were no food options (snack shop or dining) in the hotel as advertised. There were black out curtains but no sheer curtains so everyone could see right in the window from the parking lot. I would not stay here again.

Do not stay at this hotel. It is dirty, ill maintained, and the staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. Upon check in we were told that the room we had reserved would not be given to us and instead we would be placed at a downgraded room for the same price. After almost 2 hours of trying to resolve the issue, the customer service agents from Expedia were able to get the hotel to honor our reservation. The hotel manager refused to speak to us and the front desk people were very unwelcoming. Once in the room we had paid for the ceiling began to leak so we were moved to another room. The furniture and carpets in both rooms were stained and dirty. The pool area is disgusting. It was clearly not routinely cleaned because there were leftover towels and food crumbs around the pool. Not to mention the gross carpet that surrounds the pool area. Expedia was great in helping us resolve the issue, and they had asked the hotel to compensate us for our time but the hotel refused. Save your money and time, do not stay here.
