Radisson Hotel Hauppauge-Long Island

Hot tub is permanently out of service but otherwise the pool area is nice. Great breakfast buffet at a great price (not included with stay). The staff was very helpful. Great location. Just be advised: pineapples on all the entrance doors and a very “friendly” bunch of guests hanging in the pool (if you know, you know haha).

Great hotel location but missing some continental breakfast and back doors should not be unlocked specially at night time where anyone could enter to the hotel without a key and the safety for the customer should be secured! I did not have any problems! So , I prefer to be safe in my stays !

I cannot say perfect but it’s ok. If you really can not find another hotel and you can try that one.

Spacious room for a great price

Property definitely shows its age and is in need of some updates. Morning breakfast area was understaffed. After the first night housekeeping didn’t replace any wash cloths, so had to hunt some down. Good location and price, we only slept there so the value was there… comfortable bed and decent enough room

Going to the room , the hallway , carpets are disgustingly dirty and smells horrible. Hope it’s change

Hot tub did not work and had plywood screwed over permanent closing (seems to have been that way for a while) the gym had unsafe equipment in it. No towels at pool or gym. There was a sewer issue one day and the entire first floor smelled of sewage.

The staff was very nice. The mattress was a rock. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

pleasant stay

Breakfast was good but not available during the posted hours. Desk staff was friendly but not always able to help. Housekeeping did not come during my stay. Carpet is filthy, in the hallway and in the room. Bed was comfortable and room temperature was good. Plenty of pillows and hangers, which has been an issue in other hotels. Not noisy in spite of being full.

Restaurant. They offered complimentary coffee which they only made by the small pot full & always ran out & had to make more. The rooms were pretty clean however the bathrooms certainly needed to be tended too. Our friends room had to be changed as the toilet didn’t work & there was no telephone in their room. The staff was unprepared to answer any questions & it was like you were dealing with foreign personnel. The entire place definitely needed a complete very deep cleaning.

The hotel was not what I expect for the cost of the room. Overall cleanliness was poor, worn and stained floors, hotel side doors that didn't close correctly. Breakfast was terrible, I ordered eggs, toast, bacon and fried potatoes. The toast was cold and hard, the bacon was a number of pieces of bacon stock together in one solid un edible glob and the potatoes were so hard when I tried pick up a piece with my fork it shut off of the plate and on the floor. The only part of my breakfast which was edible was the eggs. I got back to my room to watch the USA soccer game, because I don't have a subscription to Roku I did't see the game, I couldn't watch Fox News or any other normal TV programs which I watch at any other hotel. Overall as you can see I my stay at your hotel was very "Bad". I can assure you "I'll never book another room at the hotel" Every Thing!

No house cleaning been there 3 day. No service

The hotel is in a bad conditions. Very dirty halls/ carpets and rooms. I was not given the room that I booked and the staff were unhelpful and very rude.

Small amount of mold in the shower. No fan/flaking paint. Pool disgusting and algae on deck-unusable. Booked 2 queens-got 2 old tired full mattresses. Shower rod loose, vanity mirror loose. Elevator floor in need of repair. All rugs in building original and dated and dirty. Skip this place.
