First time at this location. Room seemed musky and damp. Not sure if our sheets were clean or not. Hopefully they were. Staff was amazing. Location felt safe. Free breakfast was good. First time I’ve stayed at a Fairfield where the gravy for biscuits was not mostly water. Indoor pool is clean. The spa is HOT.

Location was easily accessible. Nice room layout. The staff were wonderful; very friendly and accommodatable. Felt safe in the hotel and area. I was extremely disappointed in my room. The shower water went from very hot to scalding. I was not able to take a shower. The curtain hook was broken therefore the blackout curtain could not be pulled completely closed allowing light to shine in the room. The TV remote control was dirty. It has some kind of sticky stuff on it; really gross.

The stay was very good and the property was nice. A little disappointed in the breakfast food selection. Also, cleanup of the trash & floors wasn’t done when needed.

The room was nice and the indoor pool was great! Conveniently located.

Breakfast was ok. Location was ok. We stayed there a year ago for 1/2 what we paid this year.

Had a room on the first floor available lamp beside the bed was inoperative - went to front desk, manager came to the room to confirm there was NO switch to operate lamp. Follow morning found a cock roach / palmetto bug in the bathroom sink - a 1.5” long - told front desk on our exit from the property.

Great location and handicap parking Handicap room was on top floor and once you got off of elevator, it was the last room all the way at end of hall.

The Property itself is Nice I mean it's a hotel but the room was quiet. The breakfast was great. My only complaint with this location is IT IS Freaking hard to get to from the main Highway.

The staff was friendly and the front desk accommodated us to give us a room 30 minutes early because we needed to change to go to a wedding nearby. The person that fixed the breakfast area did a good job. We did not like that the tub/shower faucet was loose and difficult to adjust.
