Pool was close staff was average air-conditioning was average condition of Room was average overall there was nothing exciting or anything worth bragging about. It was just average.

Was very disappointed at how old this hotel was. We were put in a handicap room and told there were now others available. When reported that the frig was not working and floor was dirty, somehow they found us another room

Had bugs crawling on my ceiling and hair in my tub. Informed front desk and they got someone to take care of the bugs.

The location was good. Close to shops and restaurants. The ac did not work correctly. There was a bug in our room. Light did not work in the bathroom. Staff was useless as far as helping solve the issues.

The room air-conditioner did not work properly. The temperature would not go below 71 degrees. The King bed sheet was to small for the bed so we had to use the comforter which was too heavy for the temperature, we were hot and cold all night long. Not a good night rest. I reported the problem to the day clerk she wrote is down, AC problem.

nothing. Was suppose to be a 2 night stay and we left after first night and drove to Gainesville, GA to stay at the Courtyard Marriot so we could be comfortable. Musty and moldy smell as soon as you enter the lobby. AC in the room wasn't working. Sheets and furniture were damp and musty. Ended up getting sick the next morning. Power failure for a bit during the night which killed the AC. I'll never stay there again.

The bed bottom was old and tape to hold the bottom up. Surrounding area was abandoned parking lot, really not sure what that area was intended to be or what it was. Very unattractive

Turned off the heat the room remained incredibly uncomfortable until I left in the AM, the room was still 77 degrees. I brought my concerns to the attention to the front desk and was told they would follow up wtih me....over 24 hours have passed no follow up

I’ve stayed in better Hampton Inn properties. The room I was in needs an upgrade

The property has several areas that are under construction, but even if there was not construction nearby, there’s a lot of trash laying around the back area that belongs to this property
