The room was nice however a bit disappointed the towels were not replenished when used after room service completed. Also, The bed was simply just remade, no fresh linens. Paper towel ran out in addition to tissue paper. Room service could improve. Room was nice though.

Love the whole kitchen! Full size fridge, dishwasher, dishes, range cook! The bed was sooooo comfortable! Plenty of room, judge hanging closet. No hot tub ☹️ cleaning crew banged on our door at 10am and 11 am!! Check out tent until 12!!! First one went as far as to walk right in writhing seconds of waking us up! Pissed me right off! That is not ok.

Good variety of breakfast items. One day in two weeks with no breakfast; one day no milk. Housekeeping staff did not speak English. They did not replace toilet paper and Kleenex. Had to request attention to toilet three times before action was taken to fix it.

My personal room had everything I needed. Bed was great and comfortable.

The front desk staff was extremely friendly. Our bed was comfortable. Overall, for the value and the location, we would stay again but just be aware of these oversights.

Nice rooms, good value for money. We stayed for 8 nights and only had our room cleaned once as they don’t come often, and one of the times they tried we were still in the room and had to refuse service.

I stayed at this hotel six years ago. It is not a luxury hotel but it was clean and I had no problems. This time I could see that things had gone downhill. Housekeeping only every three days. I didn't see that written anywhere. They couldn't even deliver clean towels to my room because they were shortstaffed. I had to put my dirty towels in the hallway and go down to get towels after getting back to hotel quite late.The couch in my room clearly hadn't been cleaned in years, my desk lamp didn't work, it just wasn't well maintained. I will stay somewhere else the next time I come to the area.
