The lobby was clean and offered nice refreshments. However, the room was very gross. The bedding looked like it had been slept on. The shower had lots of stains. The light switch in the bathroom had some sticky substance on it. We were doing a staycation and ended up leaving because there was no way we could sleep there.

I had a one-night stay and arrived late after an event that I was attending. The place was very clean, and the room was very spacious for a king bedroom and comfortable. I would stay again, had no issues at all.

Tru, please keep up the good quality that I experienced during my stay. Everything was clean, the breakfast was good and sufficient. The staff was kind and helpful. They don't clean the room while you are there, but they will provide more towels if you need them, you just have to ask. There are snacks you can purchase like at a convenience store, but more convenient because it is onsite! I would stay there again as long as it stays affordable. Thank you!!!

The shower was moldy around the bottom, just needs some bleach cleaner, not sure how they couldn't figure out how to clean it properly. Generally clean other than that. Also, you can hear your neighbors around you.

It was nice and the staff was really good There was a smell throughout the hotel that was also in the rooms. Didn’t ruin my stay but it wasn’t my favorite.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for 4 days. We flew in town for a wedding. The rooms was dirty when we walked in. We asked several times for the room to be cleaned. We put our room number in a list to have the room cleaned. Never did the guy sweep the floor or change towels or linen. We travel a lot! I will never stay at a Tru by Hilton again. We are done!!!!

Hallways needed vacuuming; especially in front of elevator on 3rd fl. Plugs were installed upside down in our room. We had a few empty bottles of hand soak and body wash. The shower floor was rusty and the corners were dirty. Questioned whether bathroom floor was washed.

The property itself was fine, clean, and close proximity for our needs. The kings size room was small. No closet/wardrobe. No couch. Just a desk and chair, bed, bathroom, and mini fridge. It fit our needs for the evening stay. I liked that check-in was 3:00 and checkout was 12:00.
