Everything was fine the towels just looked a little dingy.

Showing its age. Leaky toilet. Dispensers in the showers didn’t work.

Room was not cleaned (dirty socks in room) shower would not shut off, same with toilet. Side entrance would not lock or shut so anyone can enter. Breakfast was closed will out warning or notification.

The rooms are very clean. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was good with freshly ground coffee and you have to try the cinnamon rolls. Parking was plentiful.

It was clean and rooms are spacious. There is no fan in the bathroom - horrible for showering.

Even though my reservation was paid for they overbooked their hotel so when I got there after six hours stay, I was told I did not have a room. The staff tried to be nice and say I wouldn’t charge or they were refund my money, but it was overall ridiculous that they would give away a prepaid room

Very clean and well kept property.

The pool was down as they were waiting for a part. We had kids with us that were really looking forward to the pool, so we had to look for another hotel. The desk person was very kind and helpful 🙂

The staff provided excellent service. The facility is clean and the breakfast every day exceptional. When it came to meeting our needs, like being on a cruise ship . The pool wasn't t working, and they said they would refund us. I'm glad we stayed! Will return.

The staff was phenomenal especially Ms. Pat in the evening! But from the cleaning staff, to front desk and even maintenance everyone was very friendly and we received prompt service. Any issues we had were fixed quickly. There were a couple of small issues when we arrived with the room but the staff ensured that those were fixed. Also the breakfast is just okay, the eggs are good but everything else is just fine.
