The best thing about this stay was the front desk person Ameer! He was amazing! The property was disgusting and the room was not clean. We had stains everywhere on the lounge chair, the comforter wasn't clean, the bathroom had mold and there was a dirty towel that Ameer came to get out of my room because the housekeeping was so in a rush to leave for the holiday they half cleaned the rooms. It was bad!!! The pool was nasty and had no towels, we had to walk to the front to grab some. This was a waste of $136.

Said breakfast went until 0930 and when we went down at 0905 we were told they are getting ready to close it up so they will not be refilling any of the food. There was 2 biscuits and some nasty hard gravy and one veggie omelet and no cheese omelets. There was no bread for toast and only a couple weird topped bagels. The oatmeal was mildly warm at best. At 0925 she shut the doors and would not get me a napkin. The room was great and the staff behind the desk was fantastic. But the lady doing breakfast that morning obviously hates her job and people as well.

I like the convenient location. The room was clean and nicely equipped. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious! My wife had trouble with the WiFi.

Bugs in the room!!! By the bed!! Refuse to clean it or give us another room or a refund. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and to Hyatt Corporate as well as Expedia who also refused to refund us despite having to leave the hotel and get another one . Worst experience to date and I travel in weekly basics

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy check-in and out. Breakfast was great. The only thing I would say was a little challenging was the gym. The gym is kind of small and 1 out of the 3 treadmills was actively working.
