Homewood Suites by Hilton Novi Detroit

Great place to stay. The room was very clean.

Room was clean, WiFi was good and the staff was courteous and very helpful. We did not like the bathroom door design. There was no safe in our room.

The bathroom shower head had a fair amount of mold/mildew build-up. The shower doors leaked water all over the bathroom floor, for all 4 adults staying.

The hotel was quiet, clean, and the breakfast was great!

One towel per person. Front desk said they had a new cleaning person … otherwise, the room was fine. *** bonus points for strictly enforced “quiet hours” while having a hotel full of middle and elementary school aged travel soccer and baseball teams… and their parents.

Nice rooms with kitchenette and pull out bed. Very clean bath. TV options allow own Netflix use etc.

This hotel appears as though it was REALLY nice maybe 10 years ago. The 5th floor smells like dog/mildew. The rooms themselves appeared to be clean, but there was absolutely back mold on the top of the roof over the shower. The door going into the bedroom of the suite was also broken and idk if they ran out of linens, but there was a fitted mattress pad folded over on my bed used as one of the blankets on the bed. (Room 517) The pool is very small (Max capacity 26 ppl) and appears to be in need of major updates. The vents in the pool area are rusted over I will post pictures if Expedia allows me to. The breakfast was just ok. Not bad - especially for a continental breakfast. Overall this hotel is ok. I probably would not stay here again as I was getting an unsanitary feeling while being there. They also ran out of pool towels and had none to give to us during our stay.

The bed was comfortable.

Breakfast service was excellent.

There was many issues with this location. Even though we checked in around 5pm, we could not get an additional towel set, or sheet set because there wasn't any that were clean. Neither of our TV remotes were working properly, and when we call the staff, they said they would notify an electrician. No one came. The couch, and chair in our suite were in terrible condition. Very dirty. The reason why we asked for the additional sheet and towel set was to cover up the seats so that we could sit comfortably in them. Other then that the free morning breakfasts was desent enough. I could not recommend this location in Novi, Michigan, without letting people know the condition of this place.

Location. Quiet area, a lot close by, near where we were visiting. The staff was considerate and were able to provide me batteries. Needs some touch ups. All doorknobs inside room were broken (not a big deal for our stay) floor had some cracked/damaged tiles in the bathroom.

Hotel and room beautiful, breakfast excellent and location in great spot. Mattresses were horrible barely got sleep.

Pool and hot tub Toilet wouldn’t flush but they put us in another room

Complimentary breakfast buffet was hot fresh and plentiful. Nice spacious dining area.

Clean rooms, staff was pleasant

Rooms were very nice. Microwave did not work. No towels in the pool area.
