Nice staff and clean rooms

Breakfast was not very warm many times but still ok. Room exceeded our expectations due to size. Breakfast not always warm. Not enough tissues in room .

Overall the breakfast was ok, the rooms spacious, the staff very nice, and we’d probably stay there again if the need arose.

I stayed in an ADA complaint room. Was impressed by the availability of a transfer bench for the tub. As a member of a family with impairments I found this and several other features helpful for those who need them. I would definitely come back for future visits.

Our room was absolutely spotless and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Of the five hotels we stayed at this trip, the breakfast here was by far the best.

Allow early check in time

The property was very clean and the staff were very supportive. For it to be a holiday weekend, staff did not miss a beat. The room had some cosmetic damage, but we were able to make it work. Overall, my family enjoyed our stay.

Many items were unavailable and selection was limited or not very tasteful. Needs improvement.

If it wasn’t because of the cold air in my room that I asked the person at the front desk if they could come up and fix he came up and when I actually fell asleep that night when I woke up, the room was so cold. I went back to the front desk with a stuffy nose and young guy came up and fixed the heater to be at the right temperature for my last two days part of that I was about to leave and find another place the first person told me that he couldn’t change the register because they’re based on the seasons which I knew didn’t sound right so if I had not been for the second person being so helpful. I was about to Leave.

Room was clean, WiFi was good and the staff was courteous and very helpful. We did not like the bathroom door design. There was no safe in our room.

The bathroom shower head had a fair amount of mold/mildew build-up. The shower doors leaked water all over the bathroom floor, for all 4 adults staying.

I had a wonderful stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Novi Detroit. The hotel was exceptionally clean from the lobby to the suite, and everything felt fresh and well maintained. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay, including a well-stocked kitchenette and plenty of room to unwind. The amenities were excellent, especially the complimentary breakfast, fitness center, and convenient common areas. Every member of the staff was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations with its cleanliness, comfortable accommodations, great amenities, and outstanding customer service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Novi/Detroit area. The one hiccup was that the housekeeping is every other day which is fine but it does not happen on Sundays ! It would be appreciated if this is mentioned at check in or posted in the room.
