I love this hotel and have stayed a few times. Hotel is very clean, My only complaint is it’s time to make some upgrades on tv’s and other minor upgrades

Breakfast was ok. But why did we pay extra for it when it was included. When I went and saw your completion in the area……Renaissance ….they blow you away Staff were outstanding

The coffee pods in the room seemed old, and the coffee machine did not appear to be clean, so I did not use it at all. Fortunately, there was coffee available in the Lobby, which was very good. The bathroom was very good, the shower stall was clean and the lighting was good. The TV did not have a channel list, but rather I had to change the channel to locate the ones I preferred. Overall, I had a comfortable stay. Thank you!

We rented 2 rooms for 2 nights the staff were friendly and welcoming even though we came late at night.

You have to pay for the breakfast, but It’s pretty good. The space in the lobby is a nice place to hang out. Room was nice with a comfortable bed. I would definitely stay again.

I was impressed with the hotel, facilities, maintenance, and cleanliness. Across from a mall. Everything within minutes.

Good location. Needs some major repairs and maintenance overall. Breakfast is simply not good since there are just a few options.

Excellent place to stay. Place was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and they always congratulated us. Food was very good. One of the best places we have stayed in lower Michigan.

No hot water for the shower

I stayed there because it was connivence to my grandkids house and shopping. There is restaurants and movie theater across the street. I have nothing that I didn't like.
