They didn't seem to touch up the room at all for a 4 day stay, which was a bit surprising. In general, the hotel is nice and quiet, even though it's close to I-96, which was a positive surprise. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for a couple days for the time that we were there for some unspecified reason. In general though, the staff was helpful and catered to any questions or needs that we had.

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed at in a long time. The rooms were super clean. The staff was exceptional, and the and the mattress on the bed was super comfortable. It is also in a great location, easy access everywhere we needed to go. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The restaurant was so good and reasonably priced breakfast was an amazing spread and I love that it was complementary my husband and I will be staying here again!!!

The property is about 20 miles from DTW airport. So, the drive from the airport to the hotel is about 30 minutes.

Hotel was very clean. Staff was pleasant and always helpful. Had the pool to ourselves at a morning swim. Burger and flatbread at the Fireside Grill were delicious. Would be nice if breakfast was served until 10:00 but we made it work.

Hotel and room were fine. The breakfast was terrible. Weak coffee, cold “hot” food that made it impossible (and dangerous) to eat. No pepper in the grinder…really a bad experience. I will probably stop staying at Hyatt Place in general because if this experience.

Third time staying here and each time has been just as good as before. Very nice staff, helpful and neat, tidy and clean.
