My absolute favorite hotel in Michigan. Always clean all the amenities work functions and clean. Front desk assistant is great breakfast good. Most definitely recommends this hotel especially for someone like myself who travel often..

When i arrived they had canceled my reservation. The credit card on file the date had expired. When i reserved the room they never gave me a chance to update the expiration date. Because i had oxed on line there was no number for them to call me to get the new date. Then they were trying to give me a room for 80.00 dollars more. The girl at the front desk called a manager and then they were able to honor the price from online. The girl at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

Great location, great staff, great rooms. Unfortunately, the walls, ceilings, floors are paper thin and I had to listen to a slamming door from the room above me until 4am.

The room was so clean and it felt like a little studio apartment not a hotel room! The staff was so friendly and helpful with making sure we knew about breakfast and the bus to take us to and from the concert! They had a nice and gym (we didn’t get a chance to use them but we checked them out) I wish more hotels were like this one!! 10/10 recommend!

Everything was exceptional with the exception of the room feeling a little cramped with all the furniture. It was clean,well maintained and every person working there was pleasant. We will probably stay at a Staybridge hotel again.
