Also the fridge didn’t have the little freezer spot for it so we had to keep our cooler full of ice for my daughters milk which was annoying

My only thought would be to update electric chargers access. There were not enough. Everything else was wonderful!

Accommodation access- it's nice to have included fire alarm, co alarm and door bell rings but door bell doesn't show flashing lights that also, no closed caption on TV that's disappointed

We booked a room due to power outage and we're very impressed. Newer/updated rooms, staff friendly, and really enjoyed the hot tub also!

As for the staff, there was really only one employee who seemed like he genuinely wanted to be there and was consistently helpful. Some of the other employees were pretty unfriendly. One woman in particular at the front desk made it seem like we were inconveniencing her just by asking a simple question. She seemed very annoyed to be working and unfortunately took that attitude out on the guests. Housekeeping was also extremely slow in getting around to the rooms. Overall, I probably wouldn’t stay at this particular hotel again.

Only positive, was the breakfast was incredible. My room was kind of icky, staff was confused- minus the girl who was working Sunday AM. She was great. It was just not the best experience.

nice staff, hot tub/heated swimming pool!, beds are huge and not too firm, parking mostly available not an issue per say but i noticed some traveling baseball teams stay there and took up all the parking for like 6 hours
