The room was clean. The hotel was very nice. What we did not like is there was no coffee maker in the room had to get dressed and go down to the lobby for coffee first thing in the morning.

Staff is nearly useless. The manager was rude, unaccommodating and overall didn’t seem to want to help if we needed anything. Property itself was clean and kept up. The pool and hot tub were very nice although they do swimming lessons for children Sunday’s for children that don’t stay there which was a little frustrating as we were trying to relax before leaving and there’s screaming kids trying to swim. The room itself was clean except the toilet. The toilet had seen better days. Overall not a bad experience but not good either. They need new management desperately and a new staff it seems

The staff was great!! The rooms are out dated and the pool area instantly burns your eyes when you walk in.

Our room wasn't cleaned one day. Had trash piling up. The hallway was never vacuumed the whole week. Not enough towels. Overall not terrible but could have been better for the price.

Checking in with Steven was a wonderful experience. He was friendly and welcoming. Elham at breakfast is an amazing asset to this hotel. She is friendly, kind, efficient and caring. She made breakfast time wonderful! The hotel needs more luggage carts especially when baseball tournaments are in town. Both checking in and checking out there were no available luggage carts. The first floor was a little noisy but manageable. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

This lady at the front dask was rude to me and didn’t try to problem solve or help with my late checkout request. I don’t know her name but she worked yesterday morning and yesterday was Sunday 7/5.

Steve at the front desk was a pleasure to converse with, professional and very helpful. Thae hotel was excellent - very clean and up to date. I didn't get a chance to try their breakfast ( my loss ) or the pool but I am sure they are great. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.
