Steve at the front desk was a pleasure to converse with, professional and very helpful. Thae hotel was excellent - very clean and up to date. I didn't get a chance to try their breakfast ( my loss ) or the pool but I am sure they are great. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Ice machines are available on every floor AND WORK. never ran out of ice and it has been extremely hot and humid. Staff is incredibly kind, outgoing, and accommodating. Everyone at the front desk were polite, friendly and efficient. The breakfast woman was as sweet as they come as well as very helpful. Obviously takes great pride in herself and here job, which she perform meticulously. Food appropriately warm/cold, and fresh. She keeps the entire spotless. My husband especially enjoyed watching the World Cup with Steve and engaging with other enthusiastic staff when workload permitted. Best hotel shower ever! Good pressure, shower head streams gentle flow, shower unit very clean, spacious, felt very handicap accessible if needed (or just need grab bar for balance it’s a good sturdy one, conveniently located. Plenty of towels) HOWEVER, IF YOU HAVE CHALLENGES WITH FRAGRANCES YOU WANT TO BEING YOUR OWN SOAP. Soap has very strong floral fragrance. Bed and pillows extremely comfortable. Perfect weight comforter. AC unit quiet and does the job with ease. Accommodated other special needs w/o any hassles. We came to escape the brutal heat and humidity while staying in our rustic cabin up north. We were exhausted, irritable and horribly overheated. We were completely different people when we left 2 days later. Felt like a real vacation.

The room was very clean. The breakfast was good and so was the breakfast lady (very nice and friendly). The hot tub was awesome. Very big and spacious. First night we were there there was nobody in there, we had it all to ourselves. The second time we were in there the pool and hot tub were much busier. There were some moms and their children in the pool and the little girls (probably 7 or 8) were running and jumping in the pool. That is to be expected. We are empty nesters and really like our quiet time. All together it was a very nice stay.
